Dissemination of information through the Internet is one of the positive impacts of the ICT technology and an efficient way to reach everyone around the world. Everyone will easily access all of the information presented by the restrictions place unhindered. Therefore, various government agencies, private organizations, educational institutions, and other nonprofit organizations in Aceh are using the Internet as a medium for information dissemination. Development of the site becomes easier with the availability of applications Content Management System (CMS), which is combined with the PHP scripting language and MySQL database. However, various security issues can harm the existence of Web site system and it seems not to be the attention of the administrator and Web master. Security issues were examined in this study based on a variety of attacks that occur by the method of SQL injection attacks. A survey of existing sites in the province of Aceh has been carried out and found the data were obtained and then were classified into the attack happened. Based on the result of this study, some preventive measures were established that need to be understood and implemented so that SQL injection can be minimized in the future.

Currently, the number of Access Point (AP) and mobile station (STA), such as notebooks and smart phones, which supports standard WLAN IEEE 802.11n is increasing. Increasing the number of devices that supports 802.11n standard is implicated in the increased use of energy. Therefore, the necessary efforts so that energy use in WLAN devices in the future can be more efficient. The choice of data rate in 802.11n is ranging from 6.5 to 600 Mbps and indexed by MCS, from MCS-0 to MCS-31. However, there are 10 data rate which is produced by more than one MCS. In this paper, we conducted a simulation to calculate the energy consumption of each MCS that produces the same data rate to determine the MCS which is more energy efficient. Simulations were also conducted to measure the energy efficiency opportunities with the use of appropriate MCS on the use of certain data rate in IEEE 802.11n. This research was carried out by simulation using NS-3. To calculate the energy consumed by each MCS, the simulation performed through three different scenarios. The simulation results show the energy consumption of MCS- 1, MCS-2, MCS-3, MCS-4, MCS-5 and MCS-6 are lower than the MCS-8, MCS-16, MCS-9, MCS-10, MCS-17, MCS-11 and MCS-18.

The growth of cellular subscribers and the increasing communication activities have generated a lot of signaling transactions in PCS network. In location management perspective, the effect of user mobility will affect signaling transactions in location update and paging operations. In this paper, we evaluate the impact of mobility activity and analyze the signaling activities in registration system: visitor location register and home location register. The number of signal transactions in HLR and VLR in terms of network resources is analyzed to obtain an efficient location management strategy. Distanced-based location update and sequential paging approach are used to evaluate the PCS network performance. First, the activity cost calculation is proposed to evaluate the mobility activities under these approaches. Then, three strategies based on location area concept which cells grouped into: single-cell, balanced-cell, and unbalanced-cell are introduced to measure the network performance for location management operations. Each of these strategies incorporates the same cell size but with different number of cells based random mobility model with 1/6 direction probability. The simulation evaluation shows that the number of signaling activity is dependent on user mobility and the chosen strategy. Results show that the location area approach give better signaling activity cost and the balanced-cell strategy outperforms in terms of signaling registration compared to the single-cell and unbalanced-cell strategies.
