Automatic On-Line Detection and Sorting System Design and Implementation for Paper-Making Printing

Transforms the papermaking production line to spurt the code automatic detection separation system is the production of impending rapid requirement. This design using the original paper cutter to cut the paper separating function is bad, choose the trigger for separating door action by photoelectric sensor signal, triggering bad signal detection equipments, and complete code identification papers in the test paper separating bad logo. In printing, the PLC control high-speed counter acquisition traction, printing roll encoder pulse signal range. This system includes color standard sensor signal detection, Siemens S7-200 PLC controller, etc. Also gives the system installation problems and presents the corresponding countermeasures. The paper realize online automatic testing equipments, satisfying the function of separation, stable, zero leakage rate of selected control of the production requirement.

Design of Solar-Wind Complementary Grid-Connected Power Generation Monitoring System for Teaching

With the development of new energy industry, the technicians in the area of solar-wind complementary grid-connected power generation are urgently needed. For this reason, the monitoring system of 10kW solar-wind complementary grid-connected power generation was designed. Hardware system includes field device, communication network and monitoring host. Software design includes operation monitoring, application analysis, video surveillance, information issuing. It realizes functions of supervise and control, equipment events and alarm, report forms and print, energy management and forecasting, remote monitoring and so on. This research can be used to demonstrate experimental teaching in high shool and train power enterprise technicians.

Design of Methane Polymerization Reactor Temperature Monitoring System

The designs to improve the problem such as large temperature fluctuations in polymerization reactor affect the quality of CH4. The slave computer MCU controls temperature sensor to detect temperature; the host computer PC monitors temperature of polymerization reactor, and draws a monitoring interface by Kingview. In order to control the temperature of polymerization reactor, the MCU uses Dahlin algorithm. Meanwhile, the system has real-time temperature displaying, recording, storing, alarming, serial communication and so on functions. Establishing the control system based on the PROTEUS simulation. Experiment shows that temperature is controlled at 200±3°C in the constant temperature phase, and it is superior to polymerization reactor required at 200±5°C.System Experiment Completely Meet the Requirement.

Application of Thyristor AC Voltage Regulation Technology in ICP Spectrum Excitation Source

SCM control technology be applied to inductively coupled plasma excitation source in this paper. Through controlling thyristor trigger angle control AC voltage regulation, the go through step-up circuit to achieve output power continuously adjustable. It introduces construction and work principle. Grating spectrograph is co-operated with thyristor AC voltage ICP excitation source for performance tested. By means of Ar355.431nm tested power stability≤0.5%. Testing Fe, Cu, Au and other elements shows that the detection limit is 10-9g/ml, precision relative standard deviation RSD≤ 3%. Results show that this voltage regulation technology is stable, reduces the instrument’s size and operates conveniently. It is suitable for ICP excitation source in spectroscopic analysis.

Design and Realization of Monitoring System for Multiway pH Value

Multi-PH value system detecting system is maked with AT89C52 MCU as the control center. Detecting uses pH-BTA sensor, signals are amplificated through CA3140, ADC0808 realizes A/D conversion, 74LS148 controls 8 signals acquisition, 1602 LCD displays PH value, remote data monitoring in PC is realized through serial port. Adopt VB to monitoring interface in PC. Physical production and debugging is accomplished based on the simulation in proteus, 8 pH values of real-time and cycle monitoring system is realized ultimately. Actual test data shows that the error of measuring pH value and theoretical pH value is between ± 0.1 relatively.

The Application of Infrared Image Technology in the Detection of Local Defects of Solar Cell Module

If there are local defects in the solar cell module, the output efficiency of the module will decrease. This article introduces the detection of local defect of solar cell module based on the infrared image technology. It finally establishes an image library which contains some infrared images of seven kinds of defects and a basic standard which can judge the quality of the module. The reasons of some defects are listed in the article. The unqualified rate will greatly decrease for the technique. The research is helpful to eliminate the module that contains recessive defects. The life of the modules also will be extended.

Design of Detection Device for Solar Photovoltaic Lighting System Charge-Discharge Performance

Based on virtual instrument technology the detection device of solar photovoltaic lighting system charge-discharge performance is designed, which can test eight parameters of solar cells power amp hours, battery charging amp hours, battery discharge amp hours, instantaneous power of solar cells power generation, instantaneous power of battery charge and discharge etc. The LabVIEW program controls data acquisition card, which realizes real-time data acquisition, display and storage etc. The parameters of the solar cells terminal voltage, the solar cells output current, the battery terminal voltage, the battery charge current and battery discharge current are tested. It contributes to the research of best match for solar cells and LED electrical properties, and provides technical parameters for battery reasonable using and battery life extended, and maximizes the performance of solar photovoltaic lighting system.

Study on Start Burning Performance of Micro-ICP Using Stereo Spiral Coil

According to the problem of low energy utilization of plane spiral coil used in micro-ICP, a kind of micro stereo helical coil was designed. Made 24 different structural parameters of stereo spiral coil whose diameter range 3~10 mm. Using comprehensive experimental method tested different parameters’ coils inspire argon plasma. In 13.56MHz RF power, relationships between argon pressure, coil turns, coil diameter and combustion /maintaining power of micro-ICP excitation source were tested. From spectrometer observed 17 argon emission spectrum in 690~860 nm. Spectral lines intensity influenced by RF power and work pressure. Experiments proved that micro-ICP excitation source using stereo helical coil is feasible. It can form Ar plasma and inspire Ar spectral lines.
