Method of Converting Speech Codec Formats between G.723.1 and G.729A

In this paper, an efficient method of converting speech codec formats between G.723.1 and G.729A is proposed. The method is composed of four steps: LSP conversion, pitch conversion, adaptive codebook search and fixed codebook search. Subjective results show that the proposed method has shorter delay than classical tandem method.

Interval model for the prediction soil moisture

Water is a big influence on soil properties. That is why the problem arises in a mathematical model for prediction of this property on the soil. This paper describes the interval model for the prediction soil moisture based on interval difference operator.

The task of synthesis of analog filter with the specified admissible values of the output characteristics and computing complexity of the methods of their solution

In the article considers the example of task of analog filter analysis with the specified admissible values of the output characteristics and tolerances on the parameters of its elements. The solution of the task of analog filter synthesis is the solution of interval system of nonlinear algebraic equations. The task of synthesis in this case is reduced to some optimization task, which it is advisable to solve by the random search methods.

Method of Converting Speech Codec Formats between GSM 06.20 and G. 729

In this paper, we proposed an efficient method of converting speech codec formats between GSM 06.20 and G.729. Unlike a classic tandem method, proposed method executes transformation of coding parameters without the use PCM that allows reducing computational complexity and coding delay.

Multichannel Mixing of Speech Signals Accordant with the Method of Multistage Mixing

In this work we realized the method multistage mixing of speech signals and conducted the series of computational experiments at wav-files. As a result of experiments we received dependences time of mixing speech signals, which are contained in wav-files, from amount wav-files and their descriptions. We formed requirements to the speech signals, that mixed accordant with the method of multistage mixing, which allow decreasing time of mixing of speech signals.

Method of Multistage Mixing Speech Signals for the Real-Time Multimedia Systems

In this work we offered the method of multistage mixing which allows the mixing speech samples on the measure of receipt of data blocks in mixer, and also mixing speech samples that was got from decompression of compression speech signals of different formats.
