The purpose of this study is to develop crude palm oil and kernel palm production using SARIMA (Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average). The data set used in this study is production of crude palm oil and kernel palm from June 2001 until May 2011. The accuracy of the forecasts was then measured by the MAE (Mean Absolute Error), MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error), RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) and MSE (Mean Square Error). In conclusion, the model SARIMA(0,1,2)(1,1,3)12 was choose to forecast the crude palm oil production while the model SARIMA(1,1,1)(1,1,0)12 was choose to forecast kernel palm production. The results showed that the production for crude palm oil and kernel palm are increase than the previous year.

Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is become prominent as alternative of Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) due to the technique employ is much comfortable. Thereby, this research paper intend to present guide to carry on the Partial Least Square to Multi-Group Analysis (PLS-MGA) using categorical variable. In particular, the discussion of PLS-MGA is comprised of three approaches namely permutation test, non-parametric test, and non-parametric confidence set interval. All of these test are established as non-parametric test in which do not relies of statistical assumption. Thus, this paper work is aimed to determine which approach is much comfort to apply so as to present the guide for readers. Moreover, the practice of Square Multiple Correlation (R) also has been promoted to identify the importance and performance of each exogenous constructs applied. Once executed three approaches on the same data, two approaches namely permutation test and non-parametric test suggest all of these exogenous constructs applied cannot be moderates via gender group between exogenous and endogenous constructs. In addition, the capability of R is proved can be extended to determine the importance and performance of independent variables. Ultimately, this paper work is success to achieve all the issues addressed.

Structural equation modeling (SEM) is the second generation statistical analysis technique developed for analyzing the inter-relationships among multiple variables in a model. Previous studies have shown that there seemed to be at least an implicit agreement about the factors that should drive the choice between covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) and partial least square path modeling (PLS-PM). PLS-PM appears to be the preferred method by previous scholars because of its less stringent assumption and the need to avoid the perceived difficulties in CB-SEM. Along with this issue has been the increasing debate among researchers on the use of CB-SEM and PLS-PM in studies. The present study intends to assess the performance of CB-SEM and PLS-PM as a confirmatory study in which the findings will contribute to the body of knowledge of SEM. Maximum likelihood (ML) was chosen as the estimator for CB-SEM and was expected to be more powerful than PLS-PM. Based on the balanced experimental design, the multivariate normal data with specified population parameter and sample sizes were generated using Pro-Active Monte Carlo simulation, and the data were analyzed using AMOS for CB-SEM and SmartPLS for PLS-PM. Comparative Bias Index (CBI), construct relationship, average variance extracted (AVE), composite reliability (CR), and Fornell-Larcker criterion were used to study the consequence of each estimator. The findings conclude that CB-SEM performed notably better than PLS-PM in estimation for large sample size (100 and above), particularly in terms of estimations accuracy and consistency.Structural equation modeling (SEM) is the second generation statistical analysis technique developed for analyzing the inter-relationships among multiple variables in a model. This study purpose is to determine intention to entrepreneurship of adolescent’s student at secondary school in Kuala Terengganu who follow Tunas Niaga Program. This study was executed by quantitative approach which survey method was used. Sample of this study randomly selected and involved 96 students which are also members of Tunas Niaga Program from 10 secondary schools to answer a questionnaire. The result from this study acquired majority of Tunas Niaga Program’s members has a high intention to entrepreneurship. Finance and role model are a predictor factors influencing entrepreneurship intention in Tunas Niaga Program’s members. By the results of this study, government should provide a finance entrepreneurship scheme and encourage already entrepreneur to share their experience in develop their business to increase Tunas Niaga Program’s members involve in entrepreneurship. Tunas Niaga Program is a platform to students in secondary school to begin any kind of business match to their interest. They also get advice and consultancy from a qualify International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences Feb 2016, Vol. 6, No. 2
