Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a collection of two or more devices or nodes or terminals with wireless communications and networking capability that communicate with each other without the aid of any centralized administrator also the wireless nodes that can dynamically form a network to exchange information without using any existing fixed network infrastructure. And it’s an autonomous system in which mobile hosts connected by wireless links are free to be dynamically and some time act as routers at the same time, and we discuss in this paper the distinct characteristics of traditional wired networks, including network configuration may change at any time , there is no direction or limit the movement and so on, and thus needed a new optional path Agreement (Routing Protocol) to identify nodes for these actions communicate with each other path, An ideal choice way the agreement should not only be able to find the right path, and the Ad Hoc Network must be able to adapt to changing network of this type at any time. and we talk in details in this paper all the information of Mobile Ad Hoc Network which include the History of ad hoc, wireless ad hoc, wireless mobile approaches and types of mobile ad Hoc networks, and then we present more than 13 types of the routing Ad Hoc Networks protocols have been proposed. In this paper, the more representative of routing protocols, analysis of individual characteristics and advantages and disadvantages to collate and compare, and present the all applications or the Possible Service of Ad Hoc Networks

Breast cancer continues to be a significant public health problem in the world and number one cause for death rate in Malaysia. Early detection is the key for improving breast cancer prognosis. Mammography is the most effective tool now available for an early diagnosis of breast cancer. However, the detection of cancer signs in mammograms is a difficult task due to irregular pathological structures and noise which are present in the image. It has been shown that in current breast cancer screenings 8%-20% of the tumors are missed by the radiologists. For this reason, a lot of research is currently being done to develop systems for computer aided detection to improve the accuracy. In this paper, review of mammogram mass detection and segmentation is focused. The main aim of the paper is to summarize and compares the method of mass detection in mammogram images. In specific, preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction and classifications are discussed, Receiver operating curve and free-response receiver operating curve of each method is highlighted to show the sensitivity and specificity of the tumor detection.

This paper proposed new system architecture for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) on heterogeneous network to provide optimal Video on Demand (VoD) services to difference types of devices with optimal bandwidth utilization. And at the same time it will provide separate VoD services to different type of devices. and proposed a new conceptual model whereby a MANET node is possible to move through heterogeneous networks and infrastructures, there are also several nodes connected and receiving VOD services in different communication and infrastructural approach also we proposed for our system architecture Global Media Forwarder to provides wide area services through deployed infrastructures such as 3G and WIMAX as well as a new protocol call (DNDS) will be used for accumulating the required information from the MANET nodes and Media Forwarders for configuring and providing optimal services to the MANETs users, implemented and executed between Media Forwarders, CVSP and the MANETs nodes.

Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) are considered a vital part in beyond third generation wireless networks (Nicopolitidis et al., 2003). In the matter of fact, they present a new wireless networking paradigm. Any sort of fixed infrastructure is not used byMANETs. They are important sorts of WLANs, therefore, in a distributed and a cooperative environment, MANETs do efficiently function (Murthy and Mano, 2004) (Sarkar et al., 2008). MANETs are networks of self-creating since there is a lack of routers, configuration prior to the network setup, Access Points (APs) and predetermined topology (Wu et al., 2007). MANETs are as well networks of self-administering and self-organizing. This is because in the network creation process, there is no application for central control. On MANETs, it is extremely hard to apply any of the central administration types, for instance, congestion control due to the dynamic nature of the network topology in MANETs, authentication or central routing. In short, several important applications benefited from MANETs, for example, in military, ubiquitous, emergency and collaboration computing.

Video on Demand (VOD) System over Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a system that provides video services to mobile clients. The main problem in these systems is the high service delay where the mobile clients have to wait to watch their favorite movie. The importance of this study is to find a solution on how to reduce the delay time in the system. This paper proposed a novel caching scheme called Neighborhood-Initial Playback Based Caching Scheme (NIPBCS) to overcome the service delay by sending the 1st segment of a movie to the new client by a Local Forwarder (LF). The LFs will send the 1st segment of the movie selected to the clients First buffer when the new clients arrival is detected. When the client wants to watch another movie, the client can tune in to the broadcasting channel that will broadcast the 1st segment of the movie or the client can request from the neighbors or otherwise if the movie the client wants to watch is the same as the 1st segment sent by the Local Forwarder, the client can just switch to the First Buffer and start watching the movie. The aim of this caching scheme is to reduce the time delay in VOD system over MANET. The result obtained proves that NIPBCS reduces the time delay of the system when the number of clients increases and the client failure probability is reduced when the number of clients increases.

Despite the fact that Solid State Disk (SSD) data storage media had offered a revolutionary property storages community, but the unavailability of a comprehensive allocation strategy in SSDs storage media, leads to consuming the available space, random writing processes, time-consuming reading processes, and system resources consumption. In order to overcome these challenges, an efficient allocation algorithm is a desirable option. In this paper, we had executed an intensive investigation on the SSD-based allocation algorithms that had been proposed by the knowledge community. An explanatory comparison had been made between these algorithms. We reviewed these algorithms in order to building advanced knowledge armature that would help in inventing new allocation algorithms for this type of storage media.

As the rapid progress of the media streaming applications such as video streaming can be classified into two types of streaming, Live video streaming, Video on Demand (VoD). Live video streaming is a service which allows the clients to watch many TV channels over the internet and the clients able to use one operation to perform is to switch the channels. Video on Demand (VoD) is one of the most important applications for the internet of the future and has become an interactive multimedia service which allows the users to start watching the video of their choice at anytime and anywhere, especially after the rapid deployment of the wireless networks and mobile devices. In this paper provide statistical information about the Internet, communications and mobile devices etc. This has led to an increased demand for the development, communication and computational powers of many of the mobile wireless subscribers/mobile devices such as laptops, PDAs, smart phones and notebook. These techniques are utilized to obtain a video on demand service with higher resolution and quality. Another objective in this paper is to see Malaysia ranked as a fully developed country by the year 2020.
