Nowadays, Advanced country have devised a plan energy-saving through lighting effectiveness and increasing performance of lighting control system. If it uses the LED as a source of light then conserve electricity by 50%. This paper implement LEMS(Lighting Energy Management System) that applicate and Smart Dimmer and Smart Switch that control the digital LED light, support wired-wireless communication using USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network). This system of validity and reliability control special purpose lamp including indoor and outdoor lighting and landscape lighting effectively. It minimize the use of indoor and outdoor lighting energy by USN remote integral control function of Digital System Lighting of LED and increase effectiveness of energy and is a collaborative system that can feedback the use of electricity by measurement itself through Web and Switch.

Abstract IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem) base on the IP service platform which can offer multimedia as the voice, audio, video, and data is service platform. In 3G mobile communication in the early day, IMS had a suggestion for supporting to multimedia service in the 3GPP. But now It is broadly substituting in the IPTV, wire phone company and it is substituted in internet platform base on the soft-switch in currently. Especially nowadays, 4G LTE in a mobile communication company is rapidly growing in market. Therefore, in this study, we had designed to the main prosser that can admit to 1,000 user over and SIP gateway which can link the IMS 코어 that can link SIP Device which adopt the standard protocol on the SIP. Abstract Nowadays, the limitation of Lighting control and management skills is the excessive cost of equipments, the operational difficulties and wasting energy. To solve this problem is in need of communication and management S/W that is worked out complexly well as a information system of smart lighting energy, which is loaded wireless network facility. This paper made a study od the energy saving technology through energy monitoring and we developed LEIS(Lighting Energy Information Sysem) to converge this one. LEIS is monitoring and control lighting energy data that is collelcted from sensors by Zigbee mesh network and shows lighting use information by visualization .to users. It is consists of lighting energy information data base based on LEM(Lighting Energy Metering) information and LEIS Web application, provide function scenario to manage energy optimization through LEIS. Abstract IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem) is in the limelight as the Integrated wire and wireless Systems because of a sudden increase of smart mobile devices and growth of multimedia additional services such as IPTV. The structure of IMS is designed as a session control layer to provide various multimedia summative service using SIP based on IP communication network in order to carry out set-up, change and release by NGN of course, the existing voice services. The tactical training system that was applied to wire at open terrain and field is no training accomplishment in conformity with battlefield situation portrayal. Therefore, this paper developed the tactical training and evaluation system for growing fruitfully that is installed as a tactical training monitoring system by USN WMN through controlled sensing interlock for collecting sensing data and guaranteed training equipment status and report training result for serviceability of manager. additionally we implemented controller for managing server of sending and manipulating of being gathered training data by sensor using USN and system as GUI methods. This system is easy for adapting new and improved protocol in order to processing many function of H/W and algorithms which is generated by controlled system is applicable easily.

Abstract Nowadays, the problem of ETCS terminal in becoming popular gradually is that there is no services except for ETC. Therefore, we need new system that provide many type of additional services at one-terminal. In this paper, we study the additory function of ETCS terminal to afford many type of the vehicle administration beside collection and provider of traffic information. We descrived the method of Eco-driving function beside to save fuel signing instant and mean fuel-efficiency, measurement of section fuel-efficiency on OLED and then brings out the best driving habit in people and to prevent dangerous at the wheel as diagnosing engine oil, cooling water, fan belt, the point of changing consumables, diagnoses to an overheated engine, charges on generator through ECU. The multi-services terminal consist of the vehicle diagnosis module base on OBD-II and ETCS terminal. The railroad is one of the most popular means of transport. Howerver, railroad agencies are managing the railroad information and provide its service respectively. That is, because of managing the different information and its type, The user will not receive the correct and integrated information. In this study, We figure out the needs of passengers that they want in railroad service and seek an integrated service plan that railroad passengers can use the railroad information service at a time, at a glance and in one place. Also, we investigate the knowledge-base construction to provide a knowledge map service to railroad passengers.

Work environments within the firm with a concept of mobile office is growing divided into two sections. Its Wi-Fi FMC(Fixed Mobile Convergence) field Which are implemented in a telephone service available from existing fixed-line service in the center of the smart phones and the EMS(Enterprise Mobility Service) field to make people will be able to handle PC the center of the information system within an enterprise using a smart phone instead of terminal facility connects to a system in the workplace and external. This paper developed FMC controller to allow execution IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem) services to complement the issues of the FMC corporation, telephony service associated. The controller includes FMC automatic enrollment services, voice quality enhancement of the mobile phone, anywhere within the firm on his mobile phone calls can provide mobility and is also implemented FMC LCR function that use status information from mobile soft-phone within the IP-PBX.

Service platform which can offer various multimedia communication as the video, audio, voice and data is IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem). It is effective in the company is introducing only such convergence IMS services to be required to provide various multimedia services at the lowest cost and existing communication environment while keeping the maximum Therefore, in this study, we had developed IMS 코어 main system that not more than 1,000 employees of companies can effectively establish IMS solutions. This system is located at the middle between IMS terminal and CSCF(Call Session Control Function) in line with IMS services and provides CSCF in response to the IMS terminal and IMS terminal in response to the CSCF. As well, corded telephone and SIP phone which were used as terminal is linked with gateway.

FMS which has a concept that wireless terminal can replace wire terminal services is a technologies that is can provide service costs same as wire terminal in the special zone. Enterprise type of FMC that is developed making up for the weak point is must have to improve voice quality and FMC performance in the soft phone. This paper measure voice quality based on the one way of the total estimated delay time of FMC to carry out IMS services between IP-PBX and FMC soft-phone to operate it`s controller optimally and put forward evidence to be in 120ms and 150ms in the VoIP FMC voice quality. To measure FMC performances in four categories evaluated trials and prove its performances.
