5.3: Invited Paper: Pure Aluminum Metal as an Anode for High Performance OLEDs

OLEDs with pure aluminum anode were successfully fabricated due to the introduction of a new hole injection material. The devices show every practical performance including low driving voltage, long device lifetime and high uniformity.

66.1: Invited Paper: Performance of a Large‐size White OLED for Lighting Application

We present current status of OLED lighting devices developed at LG Chem. Uniformity of brightness, device longevity at high brightness level and relatively high efficiency are achieved using 10×10 cm2 one-pixel devices. Only commercially viable processes and cell structures were chosen for these experiments.
