Effect of Rainbow Trout Cage Culture on Sediment Phosphorus Release in Almus Dam Lake (Tokat)

This research was conducted one of the rainbow trout cage cultural area in Almus Dam Lake (Tokat), in April 2015 and October 2015; two stations represent the cultural area (I-II) and two control stations (III-IV) outside of the main current, located at 250 m and 500 m respectively from the cage stations. In this study sediment phosphorus release was estimated and the effective factors in release mechanism were discussed. Research data presents low diffusive phosphorus flux; the lowest value (14.58 μgP m d) was estimated in the IV control station in april whereas the highest value (31.73 μgP m d) was evaluated in the I station located in the cage culture area in the same month. The effective phosphorus fractions in the diffusive phosphorus flux from sediment to water column were evaluated as organically bound P (Org≈P; 24%) > calcium bound P (Ca≈P; 22%) > Iron+aluminium bound P (Fe+Al≈P; 18%) > carbonate bound P (CO 3 ≈P; 13%), respectively. Furthermore the other effective properties in enhancing phosphorus flux were determined as the high ratio TFe/TFO of the sediment porewater and the high clay-silt proportion of the sediment texture.

Karada kurulu farklı kapasitedeki alabalık işletmeleri (Muğla, Fethiye) çıkış suları özelliklerinin değerlendirilmesi

Bu arastirma su urunleri yetistiriciligi-cevre etkilesimi baglaminda, gokkusagi alabaligi isletmeleri cikis sularinin kalite ozelliklerine dikkat cekmek icin Ekim 2009- Eylul 2010 tarihleri arasinda yurutulmustur. Bu amacla Esen Cayi (Mugla, Fethiye) uzerinde kurulu orta (200 ton/yil) ve buyuk olcekli (2500 ton/yil) cokturme havuzu bulunan farkli iki kapasitedeki gokkusagi alabaligi (Oncorhynchus mykiss, Walbaum 1792) isletmesi giris ve cikis sularinda onemli bazi su kalite ozellikleri ile cikis suyuna iliskin askida kati madde, biyokimyasal oksijen ihtiyaci, kimyasal oksijen ihtiyaci, toplam inorganik azot ve toplam fosfor yuk degerleri bir yil sureyle aylik olarak izlenmistir. Ayrica herbir isletme icin bir ton balik uretimi ve bir ton yem basina dusen azot ve fosfor yukleri tahmin edilmistir. Arastirma suresince buyuk ve orta olcekli isletmelerin giris ve cikis sularinda belirlenen su kalite ozellikleri genellikle tum aylarda istatistiki olarak onemli duzeyde farklilik gostermistir. BOZÜYÜK YÖRESİ GÖKKUŞAĞI ALABALIĞI İŞLETMELERİ ÇIKIŞ SULARININ KARASU DERESİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Bu calisma balikcilik isletmelerinden dogrudan birakilan balik diskisi ve artik yemlerin alici ortam uzerindeki kirlenme boyutunu arastirmak amaciyla yapilmistir. Bu amacla Bilecik-Bozuyuk ilcesinde gokkusagi alabaligi yetistiriciliginin alici ortam olan Karasu deresi uzerindeki cevresel etkilerini belirlemek icin dere uzerinde yer alan bes alabalik isletmesinin cikis sularinda cozunmus oksijen, pH, askidaki kati madde, biyolojik oksijen ihtiyaci (BOI5), kimyasal oksijen ihtiyaci (KOI), toplam fosfor yuku incelenmistir. Su ornekleri isletmelerden bir yil boyunca aylik olarak alinmistir.Elde edilen bulgulara gore cikis sularinin kalitesi isletmeden isletmeye ve mevsimden mevsime farklilik gostermistir. Ancak isletmelerin cikis suyundaki cozunmus oksijen, pH, askidaki kati madde, amonyak azotu, nitrit azotu ve nitrat azotu duzeylerinin farkli ulkelerde alabalik isletmeleri icin ongorulen standart ve sinirlarin icerisinde yer aldigi saptanmistir. Isletmelerin cikis suyu ile alici ortama birakilan ve bir ton balik uretimi icin kullanilan bir ton yem basina dusen fosfor yuku, literaturde belirtilen degerlerin uzerinde bulunmustur. Bes isletmenin Karasu Deresi uzerindeki ortalama fosfor yuku 9.38 kg P/ 1 ton balik ve 8.09 kg P/ 1 ton yem olarak saptanmistir. Bu yuksek fosfor yukunun kullanilan yemlerin yuksek fosfor iceriginden kaynaklanabilecegi sonucuna varilmistir.
