Object Relations in Cooperative Environments

The aim of this work is to provide a solution to one of the conflicts that arise in communications among the different participants in a cooperative information system. In particular, we focus on the use of specific names or identifiers by the users of this information system to designate each object, datum or process. The solution given in this work rests on: the possibility of the declaration and definition, by each user participant in the system, of those objects or entities necessary to achieve the task entrusted to each of them, by the use of an object definition language; the possibility given to the user to define the data structures which hold their information objects; the search for an object clustering technique described according to the characteristics inferred in the foregoing.
