The inductance method is presented for initial rotor position estimation of brushless dc motor (BLDC) in the sensorless control. This method is based on the salient effect and magnetic saturation effect of the interior permanent magnet BLDC. The method includes two processes: one estimates the rotor position of magnetic pole; the other determines the direction of the magnetization at the estimated position at the same period. The experiment result is proved that the inductance method is effective.

The paper discusses the design of metallurgical slag and molten metal viscosity measurements. Based on non-Newtonian fluid flow theory and characteristics of metallurgical slag and molten metal, viscosity measurement and calculation, correction and prediction model are established. After reselecting the viscometer material and redesigning the measuring element, the viscometer is suitable for high-temperature molten slag. The method of the parameter adaptive control based on the model optimization is applied to the system to improve the precision. This paper states the effect of this system when it is used in blast furnace production process.

In high temperature melt viscosity test instrument, the accuracy of the temperature control is an important guarantee for viscosity test. This paper proposes an adaptive fuzzy PID control for the temperature process control. In order to improve the heating speed and the temperature control precision, the grading control strategy is used during the low temperature section, and the adaptive fuzzy PID control is used during the section of the temperature deviation to the set temperature being small. The method can ensure the control precision. Simulation and experiments indicate that the control algorithm can improve the system dynamic performance and ensure the control precision.

In this paper, the sensorless torque robust tracking problem of the induction motor for Electric vehicle (EV) applications is addressed. It analyzes on the basic principles of the sensorless vector control and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), and puts forward the voltage model with compensation flux estimation method. The experimental results show that the Sensorless Vector Control System is very successful for the Electrical Vehicle.
