Chromium Contents in Anodic Oxide Films Formed on Al in Chromic Acid Solution

アル ミニ ウムを硫 酸や シュウ酸液 中で陽極酸化 を行 う と多孔質 の厚 い酸化皮膜 が生成 する。 そ して この皮膜 中 には電解液 中のアニオ ンが5~10%程 度含 まれ,そ の量 は電解条件 によ-って変化す ることが良 く知 られて いる。 しか しなが ら,ク ロム酸浴か ら得 られる陽極酸化皮膜中 の アニオ ン含有量 につ いて は,そ の量が極 めて少な く分 析 が難 しい こともあ って,ほ とん ど報告 されて いない。 アル ミニ ウムの陽極酸化皮膜の生成挙動やその性質 は 使用 した電解液 によ って大 きく変 化す る。た とえば,硫 酸 や シュウ酸浴 では浴電圧 を上 げ ると電解電流 は増加 す るが,ク ロム酸浴 では一定値 を保 つ ことが多 く,電 流 の 調節 は浴温 によ らねばな らない。 また,ク ロム酸皮膜 は 特殊 な枝分かれ構造 を有 し1),他 の皮膜 よ り熱 に よ る耐 クラ ック性 に優れて いる。 このようなクロム酸皮膜の特 異性 は皮膜 に含 まれ るアニ オ ン量 と何か関連性があ るの で はないか と考え られ る。本報告 はこのような観点か ら, 微量分析 に適 した放射化分析装置を用 いて クロム酸皮膜 中のアニオ ン量 を調 べた ものであ る。 2.実 験 方 法

A measuring method of agitation strength in bath.

A spherical heat type flow meter has been developed for the measurement of agitation strength in bath. The flow meter was made of aluminum and composed of a thermo-couple and a nichrom wire for heating attached to aluminum surface. Flow velocity was determined from difference between temperature of flow meter and that of liquid in the bath. It was found that the flow meter could be applied to quantitative determination of flow velocity in an agitated bath for surface treatment. Agitation strength in an air agitated bath showed a trumpet-shaped distribution. The velocity near the nozzle in a 110 litter tank agitated with an amount of 5l/min of air was 1m/sec. The agitation strength increased greatly with the amount of air supply up to a critical amount of 1l/min. The flow meter showed that the agitation strength of liquids agitated with air in practical surface treatment of metal was in the range 30-60cm/sec. Agitation strength of the vibrating flow meter in water increased with increasing frequency and amplitude of vibration and reached a maximum value of 2m/sec. at 33Hz in frequency and 20mm in amplitude.
