Food companies and governments in many countries are putting increasing emphasis on establishment of food traceability systems. Food traceability has become an effective way in food safety management. Aimed at food safety problems of cereal and oil products existing in the production, processing, warehousing, distribution and other links in the supply chain, this paper firstly proposes a new traceability framework combines the information flow with critical control points and quality indicators. Then it introduces traceability database design and data access mode to realize the framework. In practice, Code design for tracing is a challenge, so this paper put forward a code system based on UCC/EAN-128 standard. Middleware and Electronic terminal design are also briefly introduced to accomplish traceability system for cereal and oil products.

The traceability system of navel orange can ensure the quality and safety due to the whole process control from orchard to market. Research on the whole process of navel orange is the foundation and premise of building the traceability system. Based on the analyses of whole food chain of navel orange from origin to market, HACCP is used to evaluate the risk and latent risk of the food chain of navel orange: planting, harvesting, processing, packing, transportation and sale, the critical control point of navel orange were fixed. Further, the traceability information of the navel orange traceability is determinate finally.

This paper introduces the research methods, the content and technical route about the study of agricultural informatization standards Framework, which describes the structure of the agricultural informatization standard system, the construction process of agricultural informatization standard system diagram, and put forward the working ideas and deployment of the future standardization work of agricultural informatization. Finally, the paper put forward that the standardization of agricultural informatization is the necessary route for the construction and development of agricultural informatization, it’s significant for the construction of agricultural informatization in China.

The broadcast population coverage has increased to 96% in china. Information services by radio have wide coverage, low cost, easy to grass-roots farmers to accept etc. characteristics. In order to play the better role of broadcast information service in rural area, the author R & D agricultural information service system based on addressable broadcast, which transformed from traditional broadcast with a set of data encoding/decoding equipments based on addressable broadcast. The agricultural information service system based on addressable broadcast can provide personalized information services for grassroots farmers, relying on a wealth of agricultural information resources, by means of controlling the addressable speakers with microprocessor. The system has five parts, which has been applied in huailai city Hebei province. The system has provided personalized information about grape and vegetable for two villages for one and a half years.

In recent years, Chinese government attaches great importance to information and communication technology(ICT) application in agriculture. Driven by market profits and financial privilege, information and communication enterprises, agricultural enterprises, research institutes, universities and relative associations have actively involved in ICT application in agriculture for many years. Therefore, study on relationship between ICT application and China agriculture economic growth is of significance. This paper established a new model on agriculture economic growth and using panel data made an empirical study on the relationship between ICT application and china’s agriculture economic growth.

The Broadcast and Television coverage has increased to more than 98% in china. Information services by radio have wide coverage, low cost, easy-to-grass-roots farmers to accept etc. characteristics. In order to play the better role of broadcast information service, as well as aim at the problem of lack of information resource in rural, we R & D the text-to-speech system. The system includes two parts, software and hardware device, both of them can translate text into audio file. The software subsystem was implemented basic on third-part middleware, and the hardware subsystem was realized with microelectronics technology. Results indicate that the hardware is better than software. The system has been applied in huailai city hebei province, which has conversed more than 8000 audio files as programming materials for the local radio station.

In this paper, we described the solution method, system implementation, critical technology, etc. of “The Construction and Realization of Digitization Platform for Precision Feeding of Commercial Pig”. What’s more, we pointed out the architecture main functions of the platform and critical technology taken to achieve the system in detail. The platform includes the following modules: production management, feedstuff management, illness management and production monitor & statistic, implants the digital management of the commercial pig form.
