By the statistic analysis of around 300,000 data acquired through mathematic methods including Indscal method and K-medoids method, and based on the landscape classification experiment on 120 streets in the City of Chengdu, this thesis grasps the status of landscape classification of city streets in Chengdu and obtains some essential factors the experiment refers to, and in a further sense gets access to the important factors that may influence the city landscape.

An Air-conditioned dormitory in winter is used as a model to study indoor airflow and human thermal comfort. This paper uses κ-ε - three-dimensional turbulence model and N-S equation, considers airflow with room shape and obstacles as one, calculates the indoor airflow and heat transfer problems with overall solution, studies indoor air form especially velocity field with numerical simulation. From the numerical simulation results, we can know that the layout of the school dormitory and air supply mode is appropriate, the air velocity and other parameters meet the relevant standards, and conducive to obtain comfortable indoor thermal environment. The results prove that κ-ε - three-dimensional turbulence model is suitable for calculating indoor airflow field, and can be used in other air-conditioned rooms with different structure in winter.

The purpose of the study is to know the density of the districts in high land resort area, and to consider the reguration of density in that area The following results were obtained. We developed new parameters of density to show the degree of amenity for forest and pastoral resort life, and measured and estimated in case of small and large districts in Takane Town, the southem piedmont of Mt. Yatugatake. The gross building cover-ages were very very low (under 3%). The gross coverages of forest and wildgrass were high (over 50%). The gross coverages of forest, wildgrass and farm were very high (over 80%). If the density of the area now is good for resort life, the value of reguration of the net building coverage have to be under 8 percent to keep the density now.
