The independently development of information system in a big organization which has many departments or subdepartments such as university has big problems on data exchange, duplication and consistency. Each application system architecture is increasingly incompatible when organization is growing while requires more availability, reliability, scalability for massive data and flexibility for many new requirements. In this paper, we design the unified cloud-based data structure and API for centralized applications data structure. The designed system is divided into 3 layers, storage, programmer and application layers for complexity isolation on cloud-based infrastructure. The paper discusses overall designed system architecture, the proposed Object-oriented data model and tree-based structure for hierarchically object relations. All applications storing and processing data on cloud-based infrastructure are interfaced by the REST-style API standard, which flexible for many languages and platforms. The data processing performance test results show stability and scalability of our system.

In this paper, we proposed the new design for data hiding in text document images by cloud model. The design of watermark embedded formula primly balances the contradiction between transparence and robustness. The suitable location of pixel is determined by cloud model generator and corresponds to reference point at center of in-circle of triangle. Hence, the watermark can be extracted without referring to the original image. The suitable locations of pixel are limit inside in-circle of triangle, which are three vertexes of Harrier corner points. Experimental results using text document image include Chinese and English are provided to indicate its practical applicability.

This paper present the classification of fresh aromatic coconuts into 3 types: single layer, double layer and one and a half layer by inspecting colors at the bottom of coconuts. We take the photos the bottom of coconuts in RGB mode, change the colors into the HSV mode, and then place 4 circles into the image. The 20 photos of each type are used to generate the relation of the rings for each type by using polynomial regression. Finally, we use the polynomial equations to test new 100 fresh aromatic coconuts, the result is 11.76% errors for single layer, 18.6% for one and a half layer and 18.18% error for double layers.

This research focuses on improving business process worked under workflow simulation. In the business process, there are several properties to be considered such as person, cost, time. The current workflow simulation cannot combine these properties to simulate the situation for business decision making. In this paper, the improving business workflow simulation is proposed by adding the business properties to the workflow simulation. Then, our simulation is able to simulate his/her work and monitor/collect status data for analysis. Both Apache Oozie and Apache Hadoop are used in this work as fundamental framework. Oozie is a workflow engine job scheduler system which is performed by the Apache Hadoop. Apache Hadoop is big data framework that provides distributed processing and storage. As a result, our workflow simulation can increase the efficiency of workflow management and scalable for solving the big business workflow process.

Islamic law governing the management of inheritance has complex rules. Among the constraints are the calculation of the proportion, the valuation of the estate and many more. There is also the question of who will manage the inheritance, who can understand the complex rules and calculations. Difficulty finding a skilled manager has led to numerous delays for those dealing with inheritance. When the present inheritance tools are studied, it appears that such tools have the ability to divide only the money within the estate, and no tools to divide the indivisible items such as real estate, gold, accessories, vehicles, jewelry, and so on. To do so requires a manager who can work quickly, accurately and transparently. This research studies, analyzes, designs and develops a prototype of method and tool for managing inheritance both of money and indivisible items by improve the Bin Packing Problem algorithm for the best results. Application satisfaction assessment results by the experts found that level of satisfaction is high (X = 4.42, SD = 0.74).

Abstract In a trading market, price of oil palm ( Elaeis guineensis ) is negotiated depending some key parameters of the fresh fruit bunch (FFB). Inspectors have been hired by a buyer to grade FFB to accept or reject. The classification results made by human inspection are skeptical and not very reliable if workload is high. We have developed a system to grade FFB depending on its quality. Several palm features are extracted from RGB, near infrared, and depth images, captured with a Microsoft Kinect camera version 2.0 installed in a light-controlled environment on the conveyor line. Two main algorithms for classification have been developed. The first algorithm is called a volume integration scheme (SVIS), which measures the relative volume of palm bunch. The second developed algorithm classifies palm bunch into three grades (L-Grade, M-Grade and H-Grade) based on oil content from Soxhlet extraction. The system achieves 83% accuracy for grading palm bunch within 6 s per one sample, which shows the possibility of using the system in a trading market.

1.1 Image characteristics Immunohistochemistry is a technique used for detecting in situ a tissue antigen by a specific antibody. An antigen-antibody reaction is visualized by the color development of specific dye and can be seen by light microscope. The tissue antigen is presented at any part of the cell, i.e., cell membrane, cytoplasm or nucleus. Therefore, it is a useful technique to demonstrate the protein markers including cancer cell. Estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) are prognostic markers for breast cancer detected by this method. Evaluation of ER and PR positive cells are useful for hormonal therapy.
