The design of the mixed load simulation test bench

In order to measure the inertia load and torque load, a test bench for mixed load simulation is designed in this paper. The bench is divided into two channels, and each channel corresponds to two outputs. The flywheel and the magnetic particle brake is arranged on the channels. The flywheel and the mass blocks installed on the flywheel are used to provide the inertial load, and the magnetic particle brake is used to provide the torque load. A variety of sensors install on the test bench to test the angular displacement, angular velocity, torque and other performance parameters .The frame of the bench is designed to be split type, which is composed of the upper structure, column and the lower structure. Channel 1 is arranged in the frame, and Channel 2 is arranged on the frame.
