Abstrak SDIT menjadi alternatif lembaga pendidikan yang dipilih memperoleh pendidikan secara umum dan agama islam. Guru kelas di sekolah dasar, termasuk SDIT dituntut untuk terampil semua mata pelajaran sekolah dasar, termasuk mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan (SBK). Kenyataannya guru di banyak SDIT bukan berasal dari lulusan PGSD, sehingga merasa kesulitan mengelola mata pelajaran SBK. Guru kelas akhirnya menyerahkan tanggungjawabnya kepada guru mata pelajaran. Keadaan tersebut dialami pula oleh SDIT Al-Madinah, salah satu SDIT yang sudah memiliki nama baik di Kabupaten Kebumen. Tujuan pengabdian ini fokus pada: (1) kemampuan teoritis pendidikan seni; (2) kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran seni; (3) kemampuan pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni dan evaluasinya. Hasil program pengabdian ini yaitu: (1) sebanyak 67,5% guru mengalami penguatan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seni; (2) kompetensi merencanakan pembelajaran mengalami penguatan, khusunya keterampilan membuat indikator pencapaian kompetensi, tujuan pembelajaran, materi pokok, kegiatan pembelajaran dan penilaian; (3) kompetensi melaksanakan pembelajaran mengalami penguatan, khusunya kegiatan pengantar, demonstrasi, dan pembimbingan. Kata Kunci : Lesson Study , Kompetensi, Pendidikan Seni Abstract SDIT be an alternative educational institutions that have obtained education in general and Islamic religion. Teachers in primary schools, including SDIT required to skillfully all basic school subjects, including subjects of Arts and Skills (SBK). In fact teachers in many SDIT not come from the graduates of PGSD, so feel the difficulty of managing learning of SBK. Finally, Teachers handed-over responsibility to the subject teachers. The situation is also experienced by SDIT Al-Madinah, one SDIT who already has a good name in Kabupaten Kebumen. The purpose of this study to focus on: (1) the theoretical capability of art education; (2) the ability of the art lesson planning; (3) the ability of the art learning implementation and evaluation. The results of this dedication program, namely: (1) as much as 67.5% of teachers have gained knowledge of art education; (2) strengthening the competency to plan learning experience, especially the skill of creating indicators of achievement of competencies, learning objectives, subject matter, learning and assessment activities; (3) strengthening the competence of implementing the learning experience, especially the introductory activities, demonstrations and coaching.
