Large Rotating Machinery Fault Diagnosis and Knowledge Rules Acquiring Based on Improved RIPPER

The data of fault monitoring for large rotating machine are large and noisy, there are some relationships between properties and property values, which are coincide with the rules of data mining technology. The data mining technology was studied in order to obtain the laws and classify the faults. The improved RIPPER (Repeated Incremental Pruning to Produce Error Reduction) data mining rule learning algorithm was studied for large rotating machine, the rules set files were obtained by analyzing the fault samples and updated in time. The extracted knowledge rules could also be used as the real time diagnosis of common faults.

Control strategy design of seeds measurement system based on MCGS

The control system adopts module programming. Traits of crop seed collection, in the form of assembly line in IO Control port, X86 industrial computer for hardware configuration, Control to the MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System) for the software development platform. Simulation at various stages of crop seed measurement, programming to realize the data real-time records, fault display, Sequential control system, manual/automatic switch, etc. And designed a discrete particle detection method in the process of transfer and assembly line process control strategy, the test results show that the system can ensure grain transfer testing and high-speed operation.

A fully automatic folding stage control strategy

Ordinary folding stage is too heavy to fold by people, so it is necessary to design a new type of automatic folding stage which using the mechanical and electrical control technology, relying on the electric drive to fold or expand the stage, and give a practical and effective control strategy. Introduces the structure of automatic folding stage, describes the movement principle and the control idea of a single set of stage in detail, and presents the control strategy of many stages combination to fold or expand in detail. This control strategy have simple logic, it is easy to write programs, and it can ensure the stage operation is safety and orderly.

Control strategy of three-point supported automatic levelling platform

Based on three-point supported automatic leveling platform, this paper first establishes the mathematical model of leveling platform, and determines the kinematic relationship between front&rear pitching, left&right lifting and its supporting leg action, then tests and analyzes different leveling control methods on the platform through the experiment, finally explores the coordinated control strategy of signal acquisition system and platform support leg servo system and leveling control system according to the test data, and presents flow chart of the control strategy in the working process of the automatic leveling platform. The control strategy can guarantee the fast response of the automatic leveling platform during the leveling process.

Large rotating machinery local fault prediction based on sensor information fusion

Data process of large rotating machinery is in line with basic features of information fusion. A frame of fault diagnosis and prediction based on sensor information fusion is built. An improved extracting method of features is used to deal with the information fusion of single sensor, which raises the calculation efficiency and precision. The local fault prediction process is presented, and the fault deterioration trend is judged on the basis of dynamic weighted method. Actual example of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co. shows the correction of conclusion.
