A Study on the influence of Leader Supervisory Style to Creativity and Job Involvement in the age of Convergence

This paper aims to examine the relationships between Leader Supervisory Style, Creativity and Job Involvement in the age of convergence. In addition, this study examined the moderating effects of Leader-Member Exchange. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the Leader Supervisory Style were found from the previous studies. The following are the summary of hypothesis test : First, Leader Supervisory Style have differential influence on Creativity. Second, Leader Supervisory Style have differential influence on Job Involvement. Third, the moderating effects of Leader-Member Exchange have partially moderated effect on the relationship between Leader Supervisory Style and Creativity. Forth, the moderating effects of LMX Leader-Member Exchange have partially moderated effect on the relationship between Leader Supervisory Style and Job Involvement. Therefore, the results of this study have many theoretical and practical implications.

A Study on the Influence of Organization Service Orientation on Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment : Focusing on Moderating Effects of Emotional Labor

Organizational Service Orientation is an essential factor to survive competition. So, a number of studies have investigated the impact of service orientation on Job Performance, and many evidence testify with certainty variable. Accordingly, this study investigated the impacts of Service Orientation on Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment. In addition, this study examined the mediating effects of Emotional Labor. The results of this study are as followings ; First, Service Orientation are negatively related to Turn over Intention. Second, Service Orientation are positively related to Organizational Commitment. Third, Emotional Labor have partially moderated effect on the relationship between Service Orientation and Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment. These findings provide the theoretical and practical implications.

A Study on the influence of Self-Efficacy to Goal Setting in the age of Convergence - Focusing on the Self-regulatory depletion and non-depletion group

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of self-efficacy that impacts on personal goal setting.. In addition, in the process of going to achieve the goal, this study was to evaluate the role of self-regulation resources. Specifically, this paper is divided into two groups of self-regulation resources, to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and goal-setting theory. To achieve this goal, by manipulating the self-adjusting resources to target college students divided into two groups, this measured the performance of the self-efficacy and goal setting. In the test, the a mediated effect of goal setting between self-efficacy and performance was meaningful, and evidence of enhancing the self-regulatory resource by self-efficacy was found. As a result, this paper provides guideline that manages the performance by using the self-efficacy and self-regulatory resource.

A Empirical Study on the Relationships between Leader Supervisory Style, Psychological Contract Breach and Employee Resistance in the convergence age

In this paper, we study the conflict management plan of the organization in the age of convergence. More specifically, we reveal the impact of the conflict according to behavior of the leader. To this purpose, The behavior of the leader were classified as Supportive Leader and Controlled Leader, and forms of Resistance wert classified as Functional Resistance and Dysfunctional Resistance that results of the conflict. Also, Psychological Contract Violation and Breach was set up as a mediate variable. The results were as follows. First, When employee resistance comes up in the organization, Support behavior of Leaders leads to desirable changes in the organization through the functional and constructive resistance. In contrast, Controlled behavior of Leaders leads the destructive and dysfunctional resistance of employee. Second, Since the perception that the follower is receiving assistance to leaders, it reduces the perception of psychological contract violation, but Controlled leader is largely perceived as the Psychological Contract Violation to the followers. Third, Supportive Leader is not influence the affect of employee, and They resolve the Conflict in objective and positive way. Therefore, the results of this study have many theoretical and practical implications.

A Study on the Influence of Job-Embeddedness to Innovation Behavior in the convergence age

Abstract Recently corporations are faced with the age of convergence technology, so manny corporations recognize the importance of human resources. Therefore, the organization has attracted and remained the necessary human resources to continued growth. Accordingly, This study investigated the impacts of Job embeddedness on Innovation Behavior. In addition, examined the moderating effects of Job Meaning. As a result, Job Embeddedness positively affected to Innovation Behavior, the moderating effect of Job meaning had significant effected. This research provides; 1) When the relationship is maintained stably, the organizations innovation is promoted. 2) Job meaning with individuals can enhance the innovation. A Study on the Influence of Empowering-Leadership to Creativity and Job attitude

Abstract The empowering leadership as perceived by the members of the organization have an influence on the psychological attitudes of them toward their jobs, and again these psychological attitudes might affect their Organizational culture type. Thus, this study tried to mediating effects of Organizational Culture on the relationships between Empowering-Leadership and Creativity and Job attitude. The results of this study are as followings; First, Empowering-leadership is positively related to Creativity, Organizational commitment and Job satisfaction. except leading by example & participative decision-making in organizational commitment of Job attitude. Second, the mediating effects of Organizational culture had a significant effects on part of relationships in each variable. Results indicated that managing Organizational culture is contributed to the members attitude and organization performance so that the supervisor should make efforts to develop managing skill in their Organizational culture to fit their nature.

A Study on the Influence of Dimensions of Learning Organization to Job Satisfaction: Mediating Effect of Job Embeddedness

The main purpose of the stuey is the impacts of applying two dimensions of Learning Organization on Job Satisfaction and the mediating effect of the Job Embeddedness. As a result, Structural Factor had not positive effect and Human Factor had positive effect on the Job Satisfaction. The mediating effect of Job Embeddedness had significant effect between Learning Organization and Job Satisfaction. The result of this study is not presented at the existing research. Therefore, the results have many theoretical and practical implications.
