The article makes an evaluative study of the computerised Library and Information Services (L and JS) provided by the IIPA Library. The study positively tests two main hypotheses with regard to the users needs and satisfaction. These hypotheses are: (i) There are various types of users demanding a variety of computerised L and IS in order to fulfil their requirements which need intensified manpower efficiency for the required provisions; and (ii) there exist inadequate infrastructural facilities in the IIPA Library to provide adequate computerised L and IS to the requirements of the users. It also furnishes important suggestions in order to improve the supply of the computerised L and IS by the Library concerned.
