Information Technology (IT) grows very rapidly and affects the success of a business life of the organization. Many organizations has implemented a computer-based service at their business process. IT Infrastructure is used to support the computerized business process that means its need to be managed as services. Therefore, for giving more value for the IT Services, organization need to apply an IT Services Management (ITSM). In Indonesia, a lot of organization has implemented a framework that can manage the IT Infrastructure, namely IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This framework is a best practice for ITSM that mean ITIL is not a standard of ITSM but a best, good and common practice that was successfully implemented at a large number of the organization. Through this paper, the authors want to explain how the implementation of ITIL Framework in Indonesia and identify the impact of implementation of ITIL Framework at the organization that has implemented this framework in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai sumber pembelajaran dan penelitian terhadap perancangan Sistem Parkir Otomatis. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan pada Kampus Syahdan, Universitas Bina Nusantara. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode studi pustaka dan studi laboratorium. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan cara mempelajari dan mencari artikel tentang hal yang berhubungan terhadap perkembangan lapangan parkir yang telah ada. Sementara itu, studi laboratorium dilakukan dengan membuat perancangan algoritma yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi lapangan parkir, perancangan desain fisik, dan simulasi sistem yang akan dibuat. Pada sistem ini menggunakan sensor untuk mendeteksi ada atau tidaknya mobil. Kemudian akan dikirimkan melalui RS-485 untuk jarak terjauh. Hasil pembacaan sensor tersebut akan ditampilkan pada PC. Untuk deposit uang, maka digunakanlah database. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dengan menggunakan sistem ini, para pengguna parkir akan lebih efisien dan fleksibel dalam pelayanan

Article present the work and fuction of a tool which is able to scan an object reconstructed into a three-dimensional object. The object could be modified by computer software. Methodology were library and laboratory research methods. From the experiment results, the scanning and reconstruction process of three-dimensional object could work well. The conclusion obtained is the optimum angle to scan the object is at an angle of 25o to 35o. While the average time needed to play the disc is 50 seconds.
