形A型 お よびB型 を それ ぞれ生 成す るこ とが報告 され てい る。 そ して,彼 らはA型 お よびB型 の溶解性 並 び に生物 学的利 用率 は同等 で あ るが,B型 は ホ ッパ ー内 で ブ リッジ ングおよ び打 錠時 に キヤ ッ ピングを発生 し 易 い ことを報告 してい る。 また,結 晶多 形間 に おいて 圧縮性,溶 解 性,生 物学 的利用 率等 に有意 な差 が あ る こと も知 られ てい る5,6)。このよ うに 結 晶 多 形が これ らの二次 特性 に大 きな影響 を与 え るため に,晶 析 の過 程で 結晶形 を コ ン トロール す ること は重要 な ことであ る7,8)。本 法 は 晶 析を 伴 うので,晶 析操 作 を コ ン トロ ールす る ことに よ り,二 次物 性 がよ り有利 な結 晶形 に す ることが で きる。 そ こで,本 研 究 で はTBMの 結 晶 多形 を製 造す るため に種 々 の晶析 操作 法を 試 み,こ れ ら結 晶多 形 の生 成要 因 を明 らか にす る ことを 目的 と し た。
