A B S T R A C T S 213 patients (Male: 177, Female: 36) were included in this study. Average age was Male: 55; Female: 56. Average study period was 2.4. Results: Our results show that, among the total studied population 83% (177) were Male and 17% (36) were female. Female were more obese than male BMI (27 vs 26). Total 341 stent were deployed in 299 vessels. Common stented territories were in LAD 128 (42.8%), RCA 93 (31.1%) and LCX 78 (26.1%). Territory wise total number of deployed stent in LAD 145 (43.4%), RCA 108 (32.3%) and LCX 81 (24.3%). Stent usedwereBMS105 (30.8%),DES236 (69.2).Double/multiple stent used in single vessel territory were in 47 (22%) patient. Re-look Coronary Angiogram (CAG) revealed that Stent patent were in BMS 57 (60%) and DES 134 (66%) vessel. Significant ISR (ISR>60%) developed in BMS 29 (30.5%) andDES 43 (21.1%). Among the different DES stent; patency were Everolimus 69.8% (37), Sirolimus 67.3% (66), Paclitaxel 60% (21). Among the different DES the development of significant ISR were in Sirolimus 21.4% (21), Paclitaxel 25.7% (9), Everolimus 18.8% (10). Conclusion: Our study has shown that DES shows better patency than BMS. Among the DES, Everolimus Eluting stents shows better patency with reduced ISR than Paclitaxel and other limus eluting stent in this prospective cohort of Bangladeshi stent era for an average period of 2.4 yrs.
