A process of material development towards teaching the subject of parabola using computer algebra systems

This study discusses a process of material development towards teaching the subject of the graphs of quadratic functions (parabola) by utilizing computer algebra systems. Additionally, the results obtained during and after the process of developing materials are summarized. Development process of in-service training intended for teachers to perform teaching of mathematics with computer algebra systems

In this study, we deal with the development process of in-service training activities designed in order for mathematics teachers of secondary education to realize teaching of mathematics, utilizing computer algebra systems. In addition, the results obtained from the researches carried out during and after the in-service training were summarized. Last section focuses on suggestions any teacher can use to carry out activities aimed at using computer algebra systems in teaching environments.
