Uma análise dos principais tópicos de pesquisas investigados pelos pesquisadores doutores brasileiros

The production and publication of scientific papers presented an impressive growth in the last decades, being the Internet the main factor of access and diffusion of these to the community. Given this context, there is a global interest in all areas of knowledge regarding studies of scientific production data, in order to know what has been done about science. The understanding of how the researches have evolved may serve as a basis to build scientific policies that accelerate the progress of science or to impel research groups to become more productive. In this context, the aim of this study is to analyze the research topics published during the last 55 years in the Brazilian Science trajectory of researchers with a doctoral degree, in order to map scientific knowledge and identify hot topics. For this, the general characterization and an analysis of data related to the keywords of the articles published in congresses annals and in periodicals are carried out, written by the researchers who have curricula registered in the Lattes Platform. The results showed an overview of the keywords used by the PhDs, and identification and analysis of the main research topics developed by them. Also the validity of the results from the quantitative point of view was verified, to help the understanding about the development of the Brazilian science.

Analysis of the evolution of institutional scientific collaborations of post-graduate teachers between the years of 2012 to 2015

The propagation and dissemination of knowledge are extremely important elements for the collaboration of the countrys scientific growth and development. One example is scientific collaboration networks, where interactions between two or more researchers occur, making it easier to share and perform tasks for a mutual purpose. The objective of this work is to analyze how the institutional scientific collaborations occur through the collaborative networks of the Brazilian research institutions throughout the last four years, and also to identify how these networks have become denser with the intensity of collaborations of researchers linked to these institutions. As a result, there was the characterization of graphs, graphics and tabular results of the Lattes Platform data network. It is concluded that the number of publications among researchers of the same institution is still relatively high and that the evolution of institutional scientific collaborations is increasing.

A text mining based strategy for understanding the process of orientation in scientific data repositories

Academic genealogy allows us to understand the guiding-oriented relationship, and to analyze how the knowledge diffuses through the counselor, especially in postgraduate programs, where most of the students intend to remain in the academic environment. Given this, this is an important means to analyze this relationship in several areas of knowledge. In this work, the data of orientations and supervisions coming from Lattes curricula related to the area of computer science are used, obtaining an overview of the genealogy of this group, and also, to produce genealogical trees, allowing to analyze how the knowledge has been propagated.

Identificação de Padrões em Registros de Doenças com Técnicas de Mineração de Dados

Nas ultimas decadas, tem aumentado a necessidade de um processo automatizado para a descoberta de informacoes interessantes envolvendo grandes volumes de dados. Este trabalho tem como evidencia aplicar as tecnicas de mineracao de dados para descobrir em bases de dados da area da saude pacientes com Doenca de Chagas, com o intuito de classificar as principais caracteristicas destes individuos. Para atingir tal objetivo, sera utilizado o software livre WEKA (Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis) visando facilitar o processo de mineracao de dados, juntamente com o algoritmo Apriori. Para se obter o resultado esperado, no decorrer do trabalho, sera utilizada uma metodologia de processo de KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases), assim serao realizadas todas as fases ate chegar ao final com um resultado satisfatorio. Tendo uma ferramenta de codigo aberto, a qual tem a responsabilidade de automatizar todo o processo.

A Method for Identification of Collaborations in Large Scientific Databases

The analysis of scientific collaboration networks has contributed significantly to improving the understanding of the process of collaboration between researchers. Additionally, it has helped to understand how scientific productions by researchers and research groups evolve. However, the identification of collaborations in large scientific databases is not a trivial task given the high computational cost of the prevalent methods. This paper proposes a method for identifying collaborations in large scientific databases, namely, ISColl – Identification of Scientific Collaboration. Unlike methods that use techniques such as cross-validation, the proposed method produces satisfactory results with a low computational cost, thus providing an interesting alternative for the modeling and characterization of large scientific collaboration networks.

IDENTIFICAO DE MENORES CAMINHOS EM REDES SOCIAIS CIENTFICAS

As redes sociais cientificas tem atraido atencao de pesquisadores que procuram entender sua evolucao e seu comportamento. A quantidade de dados destas redes as torna fonte de informacoes valiosas. Este trabalho busca identificar menores caminhos em redes sociais cientificas com o intuito de fazer sugestoes no processo de escolha de como se chegar a um determinado pesquisador ou grupo de pesquisadores com o menor custo possivel, apresentando ainda como os integrantes da rede estao conectados. ANALYSIS COLLABORATION NETWORKS OF SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS

The social network has a few years, has been studied by different areas of knowledge, withdifferent approaches and interests. In this work the main objective is to conduct a studyon collaborative networks, which are a type of social network in which therelationships featuring some kind of professional collaboration among individuals. The goal isto conduct a study on the production networks scientific Iberian-Latin-American Congresson Computational Methods in Engineering with emphasis on the intensity ofcollaboration between researchers and to identify characteristics of the network as groups orindividuals who are influential or have a high degree of importance network.

Gerenciamento de Projetos Agrícolas com uma Aplicação Web Open Source

Devido a grande competitividade existente no setor de desenvolvimento de software e a busca cada vez maior por produtos de qualidade, os gerentes de projetos sao obrigados a adotar posturas cada vez mais vinculada ao atendimento a requisitos de qualidade e aos desejos de seus clientes. O trabalho desenvolvido pretende auxiliar as empresas que desenvolvem projetos na gerencia e melhoria em seus processos, com o intuito de trazer maior qualidade, tornando-os capazes de serem mais competitivos. Para isto, foi construida uma aplicacao web de facil utilizacao para a gerencia de todo o processo de desenvolvimento de um projeto, fornecendo qualidade ao processo. Neste contexto, foram incorporadas na ferramenta praticas de gerenciamento de projetos que auxiliem os gerentes e colaboradores a enfrentar necessidades e particularidades e ainda sao consideradas restricoes e caracteristicas especificas que todo o processo necessita.
