Distinguished Service Award

This award is presented annually to a community member who has served the L. E. Phillips Memorial Public Library in a significant way. The criteria for considering an individual involve significant contributions in at least one of the following: A) Generosity of time and spirit. B) The ability to inspire others to service. C) An extraordinary contribution to a library-related issue. D) A particularly notable accomplishment in service to library customers or staff. Please submit nominations by January 15, 2015.
