Flight data records many important state parameters, which will be useful to process monitoring and fault diagnosis of fighter planes. Aiming at the problems of backward data processing means, poor analytical facilities and limited range of application in the maintenance of aircraft, this paper proposes a PHM model for fighter planes based on flight data. Architecture of the PHM system contains onboard data acquisition subsystem and ground-based data processing subsystem. Based on the onboard data acquisition subsystem, function model of ground-based data processing subsystem was analyzed and the ground-based data processing subsystem was designed in detail from software to hardware. Some key technologies such as data pretreatment, tendency analysis, fault forecasting, state monitoring and decision consulting are depicted and specific methods of realization are given concretely.

With the level of informatization is improving CRM has been used by enterprises universally and it makes the working efficiency has been improved. In order to improve the CRM performance needs to do a scientific and comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation on CRM performance is a complex systemic project. A CRM performance evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is presented. Comprehensive evaluation method of CRM performance based on fuzzy comprehensive algorithm is studied, the architecture of the system is built and the function of the system is analyzed. Based on those works a prototype system of CRM performance evaluation is developed. Results of the system run prove the correctness of the theoretical and the feasibility of the technology.

A virtual machining system based on virtual manufacturing technique and NC machining technique for turn-milling center is developed in this paper, which can realize all processes from the establishment of NC procedure to machining simulation. On the platform of visual C++, the virtual machining environment is built by OpenGL technique, and the structure of machining simulation system and its function are proposed. According to turn-milling center characteristic, the mathematical models about turning and milling are respectively built in virtual NC machining process. The geometric simulation and physical simulation are realized on the basis of the models by C++ language. The research demonstrates that the simulations are handled to complete the virtual machining of the product by checking machining ability, rationality of design, prediction manufacture circle, and promptly modifying design. The method offers the theoretical foundation and reference value of practical application for structure design of turn-milling centre.

This paper represented the main state parameters of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) system, analyzed the variation tendency of time series which were TBM characteristic parameters, predicted the development tendency for characteristic parameters of TBM equipment status combing the grey and neural network prediction, and then built the prediction model for characteristic parameters of TBM based on the grey theory and neural network. Through calculating the projects, the improvement measure of prediction model was given. The modified prediction model could ensure the running condition for 10 h when prediction accuracy reaches first class. Finally, this paper introduced the part of parameters prediction for the TBM fault diagnosis system developed by the author, so prediction results would be presented before the workers more directly.

A method which combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) for the partner evaluation of the agile supply chain is purposed to avoid the influences of human being’s subjective judgments, preferences in the AHP on it. The weight of each evaluation index of the partners is confirmed, the partner evaluation information are processed by the FCE , the mathematical model of the FCE of the partner is established and the rationality and reliability of the FCE of the partner where the AHP and the FCE are combined are verified by the FCE of several partners of Shenyang Machine Tool Co. In order to obtain the accurate dynamic characteristics of spindle-bearing system during the design stage, the spindle-bearing system with finite element model is simulated by virtual software, and a method which springs and damping units imitate bearing support is proposed in this paper. The proposed method can predict the regular pattern which bearing stiffness and bearing span affect natural frequency and harmonic response. The research demonstrates that the method predicts well the dynamic characteristics of the spindle-bearing system; therefore, it can be a reference for dynamic optimization design of spindle-bearing system in turn-milling center.

Maintaining the reliability of aircraft engines in an acceptable level requires an optimal maintenance strategy and planning for each entity in the network. This paper proposes an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and genetic algorithm (GA) hybrid model to deal with the maintenance scheduling problem of aircraft engine, which is an optimization problem formulated with respect to multiple objectives and soft constraints. GA, using an integer representation, is applied to obtain the best solution resulting in a minimal value of maintenance costs and time and maximal value of available cycles after maintenance in the analyzed period. AHP handles the decision-maker’s attitude toward preferences of the multiple objectives. The proposed method was tested using a maintenance company data for PW4077D engines and the obtained results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the approach for engine maintenance scheduling applications.

To meet the requirements of the project management in collaborative design environment, the collaborative design task execution mechanism of task decomposition and allocation based on product structure tree is studied, and the task progress monitoring mechanism which is implemented by recursive weight statistical method is proposed to carry out the task progress control in the collaborative design execution processes. The product collaborative design process is taken as an example to analyze the method of process modeling by jBPM in detail. A project management prototype system based on B/S mode is structured based on MVC design mode by Java technology to verify the correctness of theoretical research and the feasibility of technology.

In order to improve success rate of new product development, an intelligent decision support system based on multi-agent for new product development is presented. The dialogue layer, problem decomposition layer, control layer and problem solving layer in the decision process are studied; corresponding decision support apply modules are built based on the design idea of decision support system with multistructure through the share of resource and information; the design principles of product development decision support system and general design schemes are proposed. The system is comprised by eight modules of data collection, data management, statistical analysis, breakeven analysis, risk prediction analysis, resource optimization scheduling, expert system and information exchange, and the functions of each module are designed and described, and the solutions of decision based on MAS are proposed.
