模拟SO 4 2- 沉降对闽江口淡水感潮野慈姑湿地N 2 O通量的影响

选取闽江口塔礁洲淡水感潮野慈姑(Sagittaria trifolia L.)湿地为研究对象,2015年12月-2016年10月,每月小潮日原位定期向实验样地施加2个沉降量水平的硫酸钾溶液:S60(60 kg·hm-2·a-1)和S120(120 kg·hm-2·a-1),运用静态箱-气相色谱法研究模拟硫酸根沉降对河口区淡水感潮湿地N2O通量的影响及主要环境影响因子.对照、S60和S120 3个处理下N2O通量分别为(58.06±23.07)、(23.50±22.85)和(20.75±7.83)μg·m-2·h-1,年尺度上,S120处理显著降低N2O通量(p 0.05).闽江口淡水感潮野慈姑湿地整体上表现为大气中N2O源.野慈姑湿地N2O排放通量与间隙水盐度呈显著负相关关系.研究表明,对于亚热带河口区淡水感潮野慈姑湿地,施加量为120 kg·hm-2·a-1的模拟硫沉降显著降低其N2O排放通量.

闽江河口短叶茳芏湿地及其围垦的养虾塘CH 4 排放通量的比较

以闽江河口鳝鱼滩的短叶茳芏湿地及由其围垦而成的养虾塘为研究对象,2016年5月—2017年3月,分别采用静态箱-气相色谱法和悬浮箱/静态箱-气相色谱法对短叶茳芏湿地和养虾塘白天CH4排放通量进行观测,并同步测定短叶茳芏湿地和养虾塘水体/沉积物理化指标.观测期间短叶茳芏湿地和养虾塘均表现为大气中CH4的排放源,释放量变化范围分别为1.09~38.38 mg·m-2·h-1和0.01~65.38 mg·m-2·h-1,均值分别为(11.67±1.99)mg·m-2·h-1和(18.69±4.84)mg·m-2·h-1,重复测量方差分析统计结果表明:虽然在整个观测时间尺度上,养虾塘CH4排放通量与短叶茳芏湿地无显著性差异(p > 0.05),但是在养殖期养虾塘CH4排放通量显著高于同期短叶茳芏湿地(p < 0.05),增加了68.0%.短叶茳芏湿地CH4排放通量与沉积物温度、间隙水总磷含量呈显著正相关关系(p < 0.01),养虾塘水-气界面CH4排放通量与养殖水水深呈显著负相关关系(p < 0.01).亚热带河口感潮沼泽湿地围垦成为陆基养虾塘后增加了CH4排放通量.

闽江河口湿地土壤CH 4 产生与氧化速率对外源氮、硫添加的响应

通过室内培养实验,研究了外源氮、硫添加对闽江河口湿地土壤CH4产生/氧化速率以及土壤理化性质的短期影响。NH4Cl(N1)和NH4NO3(N3)处理在各培养阶段均显著促进土壤CH4产生速率(P 0.05);KNO3+K2SO4(NS2)处理除在第21天外(P 0.05)。N2、N3、NS2和NS3处理均显著促进了土壤CH4氧化速率(P 0.05);土壤NH4+-N含量在N1、N3、NS1和NS3处理下,NO3--N含量在N2、N3、NS2和NS3处理下,SO42-含量在S、NS1、NS2和NS3处理下均显著高于对照处理(P < 0.05)。相关分析显示,DOC、铵态氮(NH4+-N)和硝态氮(NO3--N)是氮、硫添加处理下影响闽江河口湿地土壤CH4产生/氧化速率短期变化的主要控制因素。
