A STUDY ABOUT THE LIFE ACTUAL SITUATION OF THE CARE REQUIRED SENIOR CITIZEN IN COMMUNITY OF CHINA

The author visited the homes of 19 elderly people of the shiwei community in Changchun city, China, and investigated their basic living conditions, care, residence, and community service. From among the 19 people, 14 live with their families, while 5 live alone. Twelve persons were bedridden. Moreover, it was found that 16 people had their own bedrooms, while 3 of them shared their bedroom with other family members, besides their spouse. With regard to the use of community service, 11 persons have been using the homemaking service. Moreover, the investigation showed that 13 persons have received economical assistance.

AN EXAMINATION ON AFTER-SCHOOL CHILDCARE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE “AFTER-SCHOOL CHILD PLAN” PROGRAM

(Objectives) 1) To examine the present conditions of after-school childcare in the integrated “After-School Child Plan” program. 2) To determine the ideal model of a childcare program. (Methods) 1) We classified the present condition of childcare offered by 13 local government programs on the basis of our analysis of the data obtained through hearings, observations, and questionnaires. 2) We analyzed the results that were revealed through the classification. (Results) 1) Based on the analysis, we classified the integrated programs into eight types. 2) We concluded that among these eight integrated program models program type 2 was the most desirable.

RESEARCH ON SEMI-PUBLIC MANAGEMENT BUSINESS POLICY OF BUS TRAFFIC IN BIG CITIES IN SOUTH KOREA

This research targets the semi-public management business policy of the bus done in big cities in South Korea.It aims to understand the role of a related organization and the corporate structure (route, income management, charge discount, and infrastructure equipment) by the municipalitys being involved in a public, traffic policy.

CASE STUDY ON EMPLOYMENT LOSS AND REGIONAL ECONOMY BY FACTORY CLOSEDOWN IN FRANCE

This study investigated the system of the factory closedown in France. There are three procedures in the factory closedown. That, dismissed person with the enterprise concludes a social plan. And, the region in which factory closedown influences it concludes the revitalization plan with the enterprise. The enterprise bears cost necessary for these plans.The result of the survey is brought together as follows. (1)The procedure of the factory closedown is clear. (2)Information is shared and disclosed. (3)The influence of the factory closedown is investigated, and forecast. (4)The enterprise supports the reinvigoration to the region.
