A study of coil structure of inductive power collection system for moving vehicle

This paper describes the optimized design of secondary coils in the inductive power collection system for movable objects, which have large gap and whose weight should be light. We propose the unique structure of the secondary coils analytically and experimentally and verify their performances by the power supply tests.

Design of ferrite cores of inductive power collection coils for moving vehicles

This paper describes the design of ferrite cores on the secondary coils for the movable IPC system. The characteristics of secondary coils with various thicknesses of ferrite cores are examined analytically and the test coils are manufactured to verify the analytical results.
