On Formulae of Similarity between Multiply-connected Slices and Slabs

Already this problem has been treated by Mindlin. However, in his paper, the case of body forces with single-valued potentials has been treated, and the case of body forces with multi-valued potentials or with no potential has not been treated.In the present paper Mindlins results will be extended to the case of body forces with multi-valued potential or with no potential, which often appears in our practical problem, for example, for the plates with welded angles and contains the case of body forces with single-valued potentials as a particular case. Formulae of similarity between the two-dimensional field of stress under the action of such body forces, boundary loading, thermal dilatations, and dislocations, and transverse flexure of thin plate will be shown.
