We give a detailed review of the construction of gauge invariant Lagrangians for free and interacting higher spin fields using the BRST approach developed over the past few years. This physics book provides detailed discussions on important topics in

-charm physics that will be explored during the next few years at \bes3 . Both theoretical and experimental issues are covered, including extensive reviews of recent theoretical developments and experimental techniques. Among the subjects covered are: innovations in Partial Wave Analysis (PWA), theoretical and experimental techniques for Dalitz-plot analyses, analysis tools to extract absolute branching fractions and measurements of decay constants, form factors, and CP-violation and \DzDzb-oscillation parameters. Programs of QCD studies and near-threshold tau-lepton physics measurements are also discussed.

In this review we consider the structure function method, based on the renormalization group approach: when combined with exact calculation at the lowest order of perturbation theory it allows one to calculate the differential cross sections in leading and next to leading order approximations, again providing the thousands accuracy.

Target normal spin asymmetry and charge asymmetry for e μ elastic scattering and the crossed processes

E. A. Kuraev; V. Bytev; Yu. M. Bystritskiy; E. Tomasi-Gustafsson

In this review we consider the high energy processes in QED frames in peripherical kinematics. The key feature of this kinematics is that processes have a large cross section which do not decrease with the increasing of the initial center of mass energy. Two purposes to study peripheral processes are: the background processes with large total cross sections and the structure of jets in the fragmentation region.
