Elettrodotti in condotta sotterranea ed in linea aerea: incidenza dell'attraversamento sulla misura dell'indennità

Underground pipeline power lines have been used for a long time for the transportation of electrical energy since they are an alternative solution to overhead power lines. Estimative implications are linked to the adoption of the several solutions because of the different amount concerning the incidence on the subjection indemnity. Of such solutions, in the present examination the various indemnities have been compared, in accordance with the previsions of the law, referring to exemplificative cases of passage. It comes out that firstly the subjection indemnity for underground power lines is less high than indemnity for overhead power lines. Secondly the relation beetween the abovementioned indemnities depends on the carachteristics of utilization and on the residual productive capacity of the useful ground. ~
