Optimal Control of the Body Thermostressed State under the Specified Stresses

Ivan V. Sergienko; Vasiliy S. Deineka

we suggested a model of competitiveness of brand product, which takes into account 10 factors. The model is based on 52 fuzzy rules of type. Potential of application of the model for control of competitiveness of brand product is shown. We state a problem of learning of fuzzy model of competitiveness on the basis of experimental data. The Week of Space Science was organized by Russian Academy of Sciences in honour of the anniversary of launching the First artificial satellite of the Earth on October 4, 1957. Institute of Space Research of Russian Academy of Sciences (ISR RAS), the leading organization of RAS in study and use of space in interests of fundamental science, celebrated its 40th anniversary. On October 2–4, 2005, celebrating its jubilee, ISR RAS organized conference Week of Space Science. In the Conference participated representatives of RAS, Rosaviakosmos, ESA, NASA and other space agencies, leading research centers of Russia and of many countries of the world. Within the framework of conference were delivered research reports of leading Russian and foreign researchers in main directions of space studies, were organized a press-conference and a Round Table. During the mentioned events, foreign participants many times stressed an outstanding role of ISR RAS in space research. It was emphasized, that during the years, Institute has become an approved center of Soviet, and later, Russian space science. The Institute carries on research-and-development and experimental engineering projects in high-energy astrophysics and radio astronomy, studies of planets and small bodies of Solar system, physics of space plasma and Sun-Earth physics, remote probing of the Earth, optic-physical studies, celestial mechanics and control systems, telecommunication networks and systems, space instrument-making and scientific and education programs. Staff of the Institute actively participated in scientific research carried out on space apparatus Kosmos, Prognoz, Mars, Venera, Luna, on manned spacecrafts Soyuz, orbital space stations Salyut and Mir. The Institute participated in research projects Soyuz-Apollon, ARAKS , SNEG, Raduga, Interkosmos, Orel, VEGA, Fobos, Granat, Rentgen, Gamma, Interbol and other implemented in the framework of international cooperation. During 40-year history of the Institute, it was headed by such worldwide known scientists as Academicians G.I. Petrov (1965–1973), R.Z. Sagdeev (1973–1988), A.A. Galeev (1988–2004). Recently the Institute is headed by Correspondent Member of RAS L.M.Zelenyi. Names of outstanding scientists, Academicians Ya.B. Zeldovich, R.A. Syunyaev, N.S. Kardyshev, Corespondent Member of RAS I.S. Shklovskii, Doctors of physics and mathematics P.E. Elyasberg, K.I. Gringauz, V.I. Moroz, Yu.I. Galperin, S.S. Moiseev, G.S. Narimanov are associated with ISR RAS. Recently, ISR RAS is performing a large amount of works in research projects of Russian Space Program, is carrying on about 30 research projects on the basis of budget financing and by industrial contracts, by 35 grants of the Russian Fund of Fundamental Research and by 10 foreign grants, is participating in many major international space projects. One can with satisfaction certify, that in the year of its jubilee, the staff of Institute is looking into future with optimism. Let us hope, that new scientific achievements of Russian researchers will significantly contribute into cognition of space. V.M. Kuntsevich, O.K. Cheremnykh
