ABSTRACT The main objective of this study was to develop an instrument to measure the multidimensional nature of performance quality in beverage establishments. This study was based on a sequential exploratory mixed methods design. Interviews with beverage managers and customer focus groups were conducted to create an initial instrument. After that, 405 customers were surveyed, and the final BEVQUAL instrument was developed, including six dimensions that were measured with 23 items. Atmosphere, service quality, and pricing were shown to be good predictors of customer satisfaction, while ambiance, beverage quality, and location did not affect customer satisfaction.

In this paper an applied organic geochemical approach in studying the nature of organic matter (OM) in water and sediments of the River Ibar (upsteream and downstream of towns Kosovska Mitrovica and Kraljevo) was used. A forensic approach that relies on the fact that the composition of OM of recent sediments and oil varies due to geological age and maturity was applied. The content of bitumen, its group composition of saturated, aromatic and NSO compounds (nitrogen, sulphur, and oxygen compounds) and the distribution of n -alkanes in saturated fractions identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (in almost all samples incorporated into the colloidal micelles formed by water and NSO compounds) could not answer the question whether OM in isolated extracts has native or anthropogenic origin. However, the presence of sterane and terpane, with the distribution of structural and stereochemical isomers characteristic of oil, as a form of most matture OM in sediments, unambiguously confirmed presence of oil type pollutants in anlayzed samples. Based on significant differences in the distributions of these polycyclic alkane (water-water, sediment-sediment and water-sediment), it was concluded that they have more than one source of pollution, and that the River Ibar is permanently exposed to this form of pollution.

One of the most important factors of an enterprise’s efficiency is also adjusting of supply with demand requirements. Logistics, as an integral function of an enterprise that establishes and develops relations with the environment and, in a targeted manner, directs the subsystems of a company towards the main goal of its existence and operation, is the most appropriate tool for managing an enterprise in the modern dynamic environment. In many enterprises, inventory optimization is a major problem. Mainly, such enterprises are characterized by poor customer service, such as failure to adhere to delivery deadlines. Bearing in mind the state of Serbian companies, few enterprises can boast their applied scientific knowledge in the field of inventory optimization in practice. The subject of our research is the optimization of the inventory in the company Benlian Food Niš. The management of the company finds it rather significant to know approximately exact quantities needed for the next year. Given the fact that this is an importing company with its production, too, more precise quantities would be of great help, as this would enable management to make more adequate decisions on when and how many products to import and produce.

The main characteristic of the new World Wide Web trend, also known as Web 2.0, is the ability to share information online and create different modes of collaboration. Web 2.0 has been replacing the static nature of the World Wide Web with the dynamic and real-time content. In such a transition process, the social nature of the World Wide Web has changed. Websites or other forms of Internet applications have started to become more community based, thus allowing interaction, collaboration and content-sharing among users. At the same time, it provides a different view of the complex social networking and cultural dynamics within a society. Accordingly, social media feeds are becoming increasingly geosocial in the sense that they often have a substantial geographic content. Such information contributes with the additional feature to social media (location) and provides additional context for the analysis of these data (topics and sentiment). As such, it represents an emerging alternate form of geographic information, which, with its volume and richness, opens new avenues and imposes research challenges for the understanding of dynamic events and situations. The use of Geographic Information System in GeoModeling of social networks is inherently complex, as it comprises the study of various types of content, connections and locations. Apstrakt: Osnovna karakteristika druge generacije Veb-a i internet usluga, poznatije pod terminom Veb 2.0, jeste sposobnost razmene informacija na Internetu i realizacije različitih vidova saradnje.

Almost all digital or topographic mapping and most mapping projects require the digital maps generated using the integrated geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques with geospatial databases. The use of remote sensing (RS) and radar images to produce geological maps is seen as making it possible to reveal those elements of geological features from images which should be reflected in the geo-spatial databases and digital maps. This study presents a way to incorporate digital data handling with both GIS and remote sensing techniques combined with geospatial databases and thus contribute to filling the gap between traditional geological mapping and modern geological studies performed with GIS and remote sensing techniques. The main part of this research relates to the development of a new and detailed geological mapping system that has been constructed to present geological and topographic information in a geo-databases frame in an easy-to-use way. The methodology and legend of the mapping system and geospatial databases which are suggested in this study have been successfully applied to various types of landscapes in the study area. The study area in the southeast of Libya has been mapped during the period of geological mapping system development.
