Quality teachers produce quality students. Teachers must constantly evaluate back their teaching to identify the strengths and weaknesses. By knowing that, can help teachers improve their teaching effective and thus to improve the students achievement. The theoretical framework of the research on effective teaching is adapted from the model of QAIT by Slavin (1987), effective teaching influenced by four factors input which are (a) the quality of teaching, (b) the appropriateness of the level of teaching, (c) incentives, and (d) time. From the analysis of the mean for all question items 1–26, the highest mean is 3.40 and the lowest is 1.88. Concluded that the respondents agreed that Arabic teacher applied an effective teaching practice on a regular basis especially in terms of time management and provide incentives to students.

This study is about implementation of teaching physical education at institute of sports teacher education (ISTE). Based on the study, the objectives are looking at the teaching of physical education and its impact on the students learning. This study might also provide policy makers with ideas about relevant competencies to the teaching of physical education. This study adopts a descriptive survey with fifty (50) physical education students, thirty (30) physical education lecturers, fifteen (15) head departments and three (3) campus directors. Next, researchers used frequencies and percentages to analyze data from the respondents. Data collected were grouped according to each response and percentage was used for comparison of responses. Based on the findings, the researchers concluded that there was some needs to improve the teaching of physical education in theory and practical lessons. This research revealed that there was no supervision in the ISTEs as far as the teaching of physical education was concerned. It was also noted that those lecturers who taught the subject needed to have some interest in the subject. It was also concluded that physical education students must complete teacher education programs and focused on a health and fitness- related subject.

This study aims to discover factors which affect students in mastering the basic techniques of Arabic writing skills. This research has been carried out in a secondary. In order to know the driving factors, two instruments were used to identify student’s strength. Firstly, three students who excel in Arabic Language were interviewed. Secondly, analyzing the two of their essays written by them to test their proficiency in basic Arabic writing techniques. The result shows that there are three main factors that encourage students to master the Arabic Language which are the parents, teachers, as well as the students’ interest in the subject. There are also other particular factors that lead students to write well. Students obviously have wide vocabulary; who able to create simple sentences; able to attach the Quranic verses, hadiths and virtuous phrase in their essay; know and able to make use of dictionary; master the techniques of memorizing main ideas of an essay and have group discussions and love writing. The combination of these factors and the driving elements result in students who have shown greater skills in composing Arabic essay. They use various Arabic vocabulary and master in grammar. They are also skillful in using Arabic language to form correct sentences and also know how to utilize paragraphs for each content of the essay. Moreover they know when to use punctuations

The Malaysian government is keen to follow up their students learning within the academic and social conditions of the country of their studies and provide help to these students to face the challenges and stresses of overseas study. This paper aims at identifying some of the variables and the difficulties faced by those students that affect their adjustment and stand in the way of achieving success and academic achievement. It also aims at examining the relationship between social adjustment and practice of Arabic language among Malaysian students at Jordanian universities. The researcher has selected a random sample of 386 Malaysian students who are studying at Jordanian public universities. The results show that Malaysian students do not enjoy a high level of social adjustment; they also achieved a medium level of practice in Arabic language. Furthermore, there is a positive correlation between the social adjustment and practice of Arabic language.
