High precision fuzzy impedance control of free-form surfaces polishing robotic arm based on position control

In this paper, a novel impedance control method for high precision fuzzy controller with self adjustment quantitative factor is presented. This method can not only realize the real-time control by adjusting impedance parameters, but also enhance the stability and dynamic characteristics of the system. We have demonstrated this strategy is feasible and effective based on the simulation researches of free-form surfaces polishing robotic arm

The key technologies of a new semi-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer based on the photomultiplier tube

In this paper, we present a new semi-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, which is based on photons counter consists by the photomultiplier tube. The photons count efficiency is very high, which makes the test result be more sensitive and steady. A calibration circuit was presented int this paper, which was used to check the veracity of the photons counting. Significantly, this paper presents two unique compensation modules-measuring chamber and double spherical-convex lens optical system, which are used to improve the efficiency of photons counting.

A High-precision Fuzzy Control Algorithm with Self-regulating Factor for Thermo Therapy of Tumor

In this paper, we present a new thermo therapy of tumor control algorithm, in which a self-regulation factor is adopted to realize real-time temperature control with high-precision fuzzy controller. This method can not only realize the real-time control with ignoring influence of impedance parameters, but also enhance the stability and dynamic characteristics of the control system, and the performance of the radio-frequency thermo therapeutic equipment is enhanced. We have demonstrated this strategy is feasible and effective based on the experiment researches of liver tumor thermo therapy.

A high-precision fuzzy control algorithm with self-regulating factor for trajectory tracking in virtual-axis polishing machine tool

In this paper, we present a new trace-tracking control algorithm, in which a self-regulation factor is adopted to realize real-time position control with high-precision fuzzy controller. The mover current is adjusted by given acceleration to implement real-time control and to enhance the characteristic of trajectory tracking in virtual-axis polishing machine. The experiment results demonstrate that high-precision real-time trajectory control of position, speed and acceleration in each link has attained and the static and dynamic characteristics of machine are enhanced.
