This paper introduces the development of network engineering major and the construction of Internet of Things engineering major in Hubei University of Technology. This paper then analyzes current situation of transition from network engineering major to Internet of Things engineering major, and demonstrates design and practice of hardware curriculum group for major transition. Finally, this paper discusses the innovation of teaching methods for hardware curriculum group. We introduce internationally advanced engineering education thinking of Conceive, Design, Implement and Operate, push the dual-tutor system based on joint training of university and corporation, and enhance community practice, all of which improve the teaching effect obviously.

Argumentation-based interaction model in multi-agent system is based on the idea that agents not only send messages, but also give reasons to support those messages. In this paper, we propose an argumentation-based interaction model between agents and algorithms for argument evaluation. In the model, a message is constructed as the form of argument which has one or more premises and only one conclusion like a non-monotonic rule in argumentation-based formal system. The process of interaction between agents is constructed as an abstract dialogue tree with nodes representing arguments, and edges describing relations between arguments. The proposed algorithms are used to determine the defensibility of arguments and the acceptability of statements. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity of the model.

With the increasingly development of P2P in recent years, the operational mechanism of P2P application has varied, its very difficult to distinguish P2P traffic from normal traffic by using single traffic characteristics. The paper put forward a method of P2P traffic identification based on multi-dimension characteristics. Extracting multi-dimension characteristics of P2P application such as ratio of UDP/TCP protocol packet, packet changing ratio, average data transmitting size and ratio of up/down traffic, to indentify P2P traffic under off line status by using decision tree. Test result indicated that P2P traffic in network could be effectively identified by using this method, with an accuracy over 97 percent.

Peer to peer (P2P) traffic identification is a hot topic in the P2P traffic management. P2P traffic identification method based on support vector machine (SVM) is one of the most commonly used methods. However, the performance of SVM is mainly affected by the parameters and the features used. The traditional method is to separate the SVM parameter optimization and feature selection problem, it is difficult to obtain the overall performance of the SVM classifier. Thus, an approach of P2P traffic identification based on the optimal Support Vector Machine and Genetic Algorithm is put forward. It takes the parameters of SVM and the feature selection problem can be treated as the simultaneous processing of the optimization problem and the optimal parameters and feature subset of the whole performance can be obtained. The proposed approach is validated on P2P data. The results show that the approach has very good classification accuracy, and it can effectively detect the P2P traffic in the network traffic on the basis of obtaining the optimal parameters and feature subset.

It is an important prerequisite for sharing resources in p2p network to find and locate resources in an efficient and accurate way. In this paper, we study the p2p network resource locating technology, based on the analysis with current searching strategys insufficiency, come up with a relatively superior solution applying mobile agent, and at the mean time analyses its advantages and offer the strategy for realizing it.
