Experimental Investigation on Slagging Grade of Zhundong Coal Based on 10 MW Combustion Test Bed

By using the combustion test on a 10 MW boiler test bed of Harbin Boiler Co., Ltd, the effects of gas temperature and wall temperature on slagging grade of Zhundong coal have been researched. It is concluded that slagging grade increases significantly with the increase in gas temperature when the wall temperature is constant, slagging on the tube is porous as well as the slagging grade below three while the gas temperature below 1050 °C; moreover, slagging on the tube is molten and slagging grade is four or five while gas temperature above 1050 °C. When the gas temperature varies from 900 to 1100 °C, slagging grade grows up with wall temperature while the gas temperature keeps constant. Furthermore, the wall temperature has little effect on slagging grade when gas temperature less than 900 °C or more than 1100 °C.

Based on research and manufacture of 210MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, the key technologies of large CFB boiler have been Research, the plan design of 330MW CFB boiler have been performed, construction design of key components and scaling up characteristics were analysed, The 330MW CFB boiler designed demonstration project has been put into commercial operation, It is the largest capacity CFB boiler operated in china now, Operation of 330MW CFB boiler was stable and good performance has been proved.
