A software quality evaluation method for power dispatching automation system

The power dispatching automation system is widely used in power grid, a hazard or problem of power system will affect the security of power grid operation in a wide range. Software quality model of power dispatching automation system is built, and index system is proposed to evaluate software quality in this paper. Testing methods for indicators and comprehensive evaluation method are put forward, and then a comprehensive quality index is given, which improve the efficiency and accuracy of software evaluation. It provides a strong support for stable operation of power dispatching automation system and safe operation of power grid. Quality evaluation of state estimation, which is typical software of power dispatching automation system, shows evaluation method is feasible, and has a good value.

The impact of electric power system reform on power dispatching institution

A new round of electricity market reform has started up in China. Power market construction officially started with controlling the transmission systems-and relaxing both generation side and demand side. The electricity market reform brings a series of changes for the grid development, and breakes the balance between responsibilities and rights of power dispatching department. The changing role of of power dispatching department and its cooperation with trading organization under the market mechanisms are analyzed in this paper. The specific impacts on safe and orderly operation of power system standardized management of power dispatching, consumption of clean energy and other aspects are studied in depth. Three kinds of meausres such as resources control, capability improvement and market guide are propesed, and the management system reform and operational technical reserves are prepared in advance, in order to get economic operation of electricity market and safe running of power dispatching.
