This paper proposed a structural design scheme of a gas-type Stirling engine burner. According to the characteristics of Stirling engine heating, the more stable the hot side output temperature is, the better Stirling engine is. In order to ensure the feasibility of the design, a model of flat flame burner is established, carried out simulations by FLUENT software, the temperature field of different cross-section is obtained. On this basis, the model of annular burner is established and simulated on the temperature field. Changed the number and location of the gas inlet. The temperature field simulation is carried out under this condition, and the burner structure can be realized to achieve uniform heating. The simulation results show that the theoretical value of temperature uniformity on the hot side of the Stirling engine can reach up to 93%, which can meet the heating requirements of Stirling engine.
