壳聚糖对14~70日龄扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、脏器指数及血清生化指标的影响

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平壳聚糖对14~70日龄扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、脏器指数及血清生化指标的影响,以确定鹅饲粮中壳聚糖适宜添加水平。选取360只14日龄健康、体重相近的扬州鹅公鹅,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鹅。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖的试验饲粮。试验期56 d。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)饲粮添加500 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高了42、56和70日龄鹅体重及14~70日龄平均日采食量、平均日增重(P < 0.05),显著降低了14~70日龄料重比(P < 0.05)。2)饲粮添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著降低了鹅腹脂率(P < 0.05)。3)饲粮添加500 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高了鹅心脏指数、肝脏指数、脾脏指数、空肠指数、回肠指数和盲肠指数(P < 0.05)。4)饲粮添加500 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高了鹅血清球蛋白、葡萄糖含量(P < 0.05),显著降低了血清碱性磷酸酶活性(P < 0.05);饲粮添加250、500、1 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著降低了血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量(P < 0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加壳聚糖可以改善扬州鹅生长性能,对其屠宰性能、脏器指数和血清生化指标有一定影响。在生产实践中,扬州鹅饲粮中壳聚糖添加500 mg/kg效果最佳。

复合益生菌对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响

本试验旨在研究复合益生菌对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。选取72对种鸽和144只1日龄乳鸽,乳鸽称量初始体重后随机分成4个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复3对种鸽及6只乳鸽。在饲喂相同基础饲粮的同时,对照组补饲保健砂,Ⅰ组补饲保健砂+复合菌Ⅰ(嗜酸乳杆菌+乳双歧杆菌),Ⅱ组补饲保健砂+复合菌Ⅱ(乳双歧杆菌+粪肠球菌),Ⅲ组补饲保健砂+复合菌Ⅲ(嗜酸乳杆菌+粪肠球菌)。试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)在生长性能方面,Ⅱ组显著提高了乳鸽的28日龄体重和平均日增重(P < 0.05)。2)在屠宰性能方面,Ⅱ组显著提高了乳鸽的屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率(P < 0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组显著降低了乳鸽的腹脂率(P < 0.05)。3)在免疫器官指数方面,Ⅱ组显著提高了乳鸽的胸腺指数(P < 0.05)。4)在血清生化指标方面,Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组显著降低了乳鸽血清中总蛋白和球蛋白的含量(P < 0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组均显著降低了乳鸽血清中肌酐的含量(P < 0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组显著降低了乳鸽血清中甘油三酯的含量(P < 0.05);Ⅱ组显著增加了乳鸽血清中高密度脂蛋白的含量(P < 0.05)。综上所述,保健砂中添加复合益生菌改善了乳鸽的生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标。
