Research and realization based on hybrid encryption algorithm of improved AES and ECC

Xiang Li; Junli Chen; Dinghu Qin; Wanggen Wan

Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems (ECC) is the best two algorithms of symmetric encryption technology and asymmetric encryption technology. The paper analyzes the AES algorithm and S-box structure, then the replace plan based on S-box structure is proposed to improve AES encryption algorithm, secondly the ECC algorithm is been discussed. Based on this we put forward an mix encryption scheme of improved AES and ECC. This plan has high operation speed, high security performance and strong usability.

Texture image segmentation on improved watershed and multiway spectral clustering

Xiuli Ma; Wanggen Wan; Jincao Yao

Spectral clustering is a new graph and similarity based clustering algorithm. When the image is too big, it will take a long time to compute affinity matrix and its eigenvalues and eigenvectors. In order to improve the convergent speed of spectral clustering, a two-stage texture segmentation algorithm is proposed in this paper. First, an improved watershed algorithm is used to perform pre-segmentation and then multiway spectral clustering with eigenvalue-scaled eigenvectors performs the final segmentation. This can reduce the runtime greatly and it is valuable to application with high time request. To verify the proposed algorithm, it is applied to texture image segmentation and the segmentation results are satisfying.

Xiaohui Tan; Wanggen Wan; Bin Cui; Jicheng Lin

GUI (graphics user interface) is an important and indispensable part of software. It receives userspsila inputs and displays corresponding outputs. A brilliant interface is especial important to a digital entertainment productspsila success. An efficient and visualized GUI editor is presented in this article. The editor designed for creating and editing game interfaces quickly without programming. It works in a WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) mode. It not only reduces the difficulty of interface programming, but also shortens game productspsila develop time. The controls in this editor are viewed as nodes and their management is very flexible due to the adoption of tree structure. The output file of this editor is in XML format for general purpose and easy transfer, so any engine supports the function of parsing XML file can load this editorpsilas interface file , and its parse are based on Tinyxml which is a lightweight open source XML file parser based on DOM (document of model). Several experiments prove this editor is an efficient tool.

Fuzzy information exposure paths analysis in wireless sensor networks

Rui Wang; Yueyue Gao; Wanggen Wan; Shuiling Mao

Based on Fuzzy Theory, this paper proposes an exposure path algorithm for a point and for a path in sensor networks. The fuzzy information exposure path of a point is defined as the function of the distance between sensors and objects. Within a fixed distance, the less the distance is, the higher the exposure. The fuzzy information exposure for a path is the average fuzzy information exposure of all points along the path. The higher the fuzzy information exposure, the higher the confidence level that some information of an object is exposed and the more likely the object is monitored. An approximation algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of finding the worst and best fuzzy information exposure path in wireless sensor networks, and simulations are implemented to evaluate its performance.

A new method of infrared sensor measurement for micromouse control

Duyao Wang; Xiaoqing Yu; Wanggen Wan; Hongfu Xu

International Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IEEE) holds an international micro mouse competition each year, it is a competition full of challenge. It is needed that the competitors must master hardware circuit designs, High efficiency shortest path algorithm, searching way algorithm and controlling system. Turning function is one of the serious problems in the control of micro mouse, especially to control it when it is right-angle turn. This paper describes a new method for right-angle turn of micro mouse. In this method, value margin of the black and white part of its wheel is widened and the noise margin is increased by enlarging the relative distance between black and white stripes and infrared sensor and then the measurement accuracy of the sensor for coding wheel and reliability of the measurement are greatly improved. This method has some practical value and can be realized easily. Finally the experiments are performed and analyzed to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Kaiyi Zhang; Xiaoqing Yu; Wanggen Wan

According to the analysis of Goertzel algorithm, this paper presents a series of methods and measures, which are from both hardware and software, to improve the performance of the system. We implemented a tone decoder with low-cost, small package, mixed-signal chips, and it provides with its advantages of high accuracy, small size, good temperature performance and high universality. This decoder is used in many communication equipments now.

Practical design of multi-channel oversampled warped cosine-modulated filter banks

Maxim Vashkevich; Wanggen Wan; Alexander A. Petrovsky

A practical approach to optimal design of multichannel oversampled warped cosine-modulated filter banks (CMFB) is proposed. Warped CMFB is obtained by all- pass transformation of uniform CMFB. The paper addresses the problems of minimization amplitude distortion and suppression of aliasing components emerged due to oversampling of filter bank channel signals. Pro- posed optimization-based design considerably reduces distortions of overall filter bank transfer function taking into account channel subsampling ratios.

Shuiling Mao; Wanggen Wan; Rui Wang; Yue Gao

Tax assessment is an important and complex task in tax administration. A large number of data is involved in the process. Hence, a scientific model is in demanding. In this paper, we present a model which integrates the ant colony algorithm into artificial neural network to improve the performance of neural network in judgment of whether the taxpayer is credible. In details, we use ant colony algorithm to train the weights of artificial neural network, and this method could avoid some defects of artificial neural network. The simulation result validates the effectiveness of our method.

Cloud model-based control strategy on cluster communication coverage for wireless sensor networks

Rui Wang; Wanggen Wan; Xiuli Ma; Y. P. Li

For random deployment in sensor networks, there exists uneven node density, seriously reducing the network performance after clustering. The idea of the power control in CDMA is applied to handle the communication coverage control for clusters in wireless sensor networks. The cloud model-based uncertainty reasoning and control mechanism are introduced to adjust the transmit power adaptively to keep the node number within each cluster in an appropriate range in accordance with the node distribution density. The tendentious rules of cloud model ensure the convergence performance of the coverage control, while random process concealled in cloud model ensures the best iteration times in all. After clustering, there exists an appropriate node number within each cluster, improving the network topology. The experiment results validate its rationality and effectiveness.

Liaoyu Chang; Xiaoqing Yu; Wanggen Wan; Jincao Yao

In this paper we make a research on svm algorithm used for music genre classification in mp3 compressed domain and analyze parameters combinationpsilas impact on music classification accuracy, number of support vectors and classification time. Based on the analysis, we propose a new method how to realize fast and effective music classification by svm in compressed domain. This method greatly improves the speed while the classification accuracy is guaranteed.
