Research on an innovative modification algorithm of NURBS curve interpolation

in order to solve the problems of modification algorithm of NURBS curve interpolation, Such as interpolation time bigger, NURBS curve step error and chord error are not easy changed, and so on. A novel proposed a modification algorithm of NURBS curve interpolation. The algorithm has merits such as higher interpolation position accuracy, short processing time and so on. In this simulation, an open five-axis CNC platform based on SIEMENS 840D CNC system is developed for verifying the proposed modification algorithm of NURBS curve interpolation experimentally. The simulation results show that the algorithm is correct; it is consistent with a NURBS curve interpolation requirements.

Analysis of velocity planning interpolation algorithm based on NURBS curve

To reduce interpolation time and Max interpolation error in NURBS (Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline) inter-polation caused by planning Velocity. This paper proposed a velocity planning interpolation algorithm based on NURBS curve. Firstly, the second-order Taylor expansion is applied on the numerator in NURBS curve representation with parameter curve. Then, velocity planning interpolation algorithm can meet with NURBS curve interpolation. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed NURBS curve interpolator meet the high-speed and high-accuracy interpolation requirements of CNC systems. The interpolation of NURBS curve should be finished.

Research on fast recursive algorithm for NURBS curve interpolation

According to the NURBS curve interpolation parameters when the n value is very large is not desirable, is ill conditioned coefficient; when the n value is very small it is difficult to describe the complex surface machining problem. This paper introduces a new interpolation algorithm of NURBS curve fast express push, which not only meets the requirements of machining accuracy, but also meets the requirements of real-time, and improves the processing efficiency. Finally, it is proved that the algorithm is correct by matlab7.0, which is consistent with the requirement of NURBS curve interpolation.

An innovation on high-grade CNC machines tools for B-spline curve method of high-speed interpolation arithmetic

A novel on high-grade CNC machines tools for B Spline curve method of High-speed interpolation arithmetic is introduced. In the high-grade CNC machines tools CNC system existed the type value points is more trouble, the control precision is not strong and so on, In order to solve this problem. Through specific examples in matlab7.0 simulation result showed that that the interpolation error significantly reduced, the control precision is improved markedly, and satisfy the real-time interpolation of high speed, high accuracy requirements.

Innovation research on Taylor’s iterative interpolation algorithm for NURBS curve and simulation

In order to solve the problems of Taylor’s iterative interpolation method of NURBS curve, Such as interpolation time is bigger, interpolation precision are not too higher, and NURBS curve chord error are not easy changed and so on. This paper proposed a Taylor’s iterative interpolation algorithm for NURBS curve. Firstly, the two-order Taylor’s expansion is applied in the NURBS curve separately with unknown NURBS curve parameter. Then, we can use Taylor’s iterative that calculate (xi, yi, zi). Then, the interpolation of NURBS curve should be finished. Actually, Taylor’s iterative interpolation algorithm for NURBS curve reduced interpolation time and NURBS curve chord error. Finally, simulation results and experiments are conducted to verify the feasibility and applicability of Taylor’s iterative interpolation method of NURBS curve. The simulation results show that the algorithm is correct; it is consistent with a NURBS curve interpolation requirements.
