Taxonomic Notes on Vietnamese Peiratinae, With Description of a New Species (Hemiptera: Reduviidae)

Abstract Four genera and eight species of reduviids of the subfamily Peiratinae from Vietnam are recognized and keyed. Ectomocoris yunnanensis Ren, Periates atromaculatus (Stål), Sirthenea flavipes (Stål) and the genus Sirthenea Spinola are reported for the first time from Vietnam. Peirates yayeyamae Matsumura is recognized as the synonym of E. elegans (Fabricius). The black-colored new species Sirthenea nigra Cai & Tomokuni is described.

A NEW SPECIES OF LIRIS FABRICIUS FROM CHINA, WITH A KEY TO THE CHINESE SPECIES (HYMENOPTERA: CRABRONIDAE)

ABSTRACT Liris ferrugineimarginalis new species from Guangdong and Fujian, China, is described and illustrated. A key to the Chinese species of the genus is provided.

KEY TO THE ORIENTAL SPECIES OF LYRODA SAY, WITH DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES FROM CHINA (HYMENOPTERA: CRABRONIDAE)

Abstract The first key to the Oriental species of the genus is provided. One new species, Lyroda tridentata from Yunnan, China, is described and illustrated. L. salai Giner Marí is first recorded from China.
