The injection molding of plastic parts was simulated and analyzed by MOLDFLOW. Based on the result of mold flow analysis, we can optimize the structure of the mold, select equipment, determine parameters of process, and predict potential defects. The CAE technology could improve mold design ability, shorten plastic parts development cycle, improve the quality of plastic parts, reduce costs, and strengthen competitive power.

In the engineering background of 1000 cubic meters of anchored tank, the large-scale finite element software ANSYS was used to analysis of modal and transient of oil storage tanks. Completed oil tank model and carried on the modal analysis and then vibration characteristics were gained. On this basis, considering the earthquake excitation, analyzes dynamic response of the anchored tank under seismic load. Then gained the oil tank overall structure of displacement, equivalent stress, axial and circumferential stress. From images can be analyzed that the main vibration mode is multiple circumferential wave, the stress of upper tank and its seams is the largest under earthquake loading and easy to be damaged, strengthen circle should be set up. Through the simulation analysis provided powerful basis for seismic design of the vertical storage tank.

Usually wind turbine blade number is less, and blade is longer,and which speed is commonly 10-30 r/min,while the miniaturization of scenery tower power generation device of fan blade is not. The device adopts eight blades according to the similarity theory between the wind machine and the steam turbine. By changing its speed can still achieve the transfer of energy and then generate electricity,although blade is short, and the wind area is reduced.In the study of the blade,high quality grid is the key.This paper discusses the fan blade meshing used ICEM CFD in the rotation of the basin.

In this paper, we propose a resin-based composite materials and its preparation process, because traditional composite materials craft has shortcomings such as labor-intensive, low productivity and quality unstable. It can eliminate the need for mold processing and manufacturing sectors, and the manufacturing costs reduce significantly. Reinforcing materials can play a full role to enhance, and the volume of products can be great without the restrictions of traditional processing equipment. The speed of product replacement is accelerated.

In order to solve the bottleneck problem of polymer product processing striving for micro scale and precision or macro scale and complication in modern manufacturing, a concept of differential and integral method applied in advanced manufacture of polymer materials is brought up. On the base of this concept, principles of injection molding, extrusion, electrostatic spinning, nano-composite processing and structure innovation of polymer products have been studied; a series of new methods of polymer processing and molding, new equipments, and new technologies of product application have been invented. Some industrial application results prove that, the concept of differential and integral method applied in advanced manufacture of polymer materials is a valuable guide to break through the restriction of traditional manufacturing mode, and to develop new method of polymer processing and new technologies of polymer products application.

FEM analysis of flow field in nano-laminated coextrusion die is introduced. Nano-laminated coextrusion die is a new type of laminated composite generator which is based on the principle of the melt calculus. The distributions of pressure field and velocity vectors are obtained and analyzed. The result using finite element simulation software Polyflow shows an improvement in structure of die as well as better quality for melt flow characteristics. The paper is helpful in design and optimization of coextrusion die and process.

For the model test and simulation analysis will make combined research,according to the computational fluid dynamics theory based on the ship model test,through to the Y550 yacht do resistance simulation, obtain the Y550 the distribution of flow field in the different pressure and speed,finally obtain the resistance simulation data of the Y550 in static water.

The blade is the most important and the most basic component in a wind turbine. Testing its river basin through the physical experiment is difficult, because this test system is complex and workload is heavy, and through the macroscopic observation result far from the actual value.According to this problem, this study employs UG 3d entity software modeling, using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT to simulate the speed changes of fan blade rotating basin and the pressure distribution.The simulation results show that the airflow velocity in the impeller increases with impeller radius increasing,static pressure with air from entry to export flow decreases gradually.

Based on field theory and air dynamics theory, two kinds of different curvature blade rotation of velocity and its distribution area were simulated, through the establishment of the three-dimensional flow model for the scenery tower fan blade generator and the adoption of RNGK-epsilon turbulence model. Then reach a conclusion from comparison: Smaller curvature leaf has a higher wind speed than the bigger one, which is easy to wind energy conversion under the common function of the force in the rotating area.

preparation method for inner liner of non-butyl rubber composites is introduced. The inner liner of non-butyl rubber composite is a kind of layered composite materials, which is made of the rubber and the barrier material by using a new type of nano-laminated composite manufacturing methods. The inner liner of non-butyl rubber composite can be replaced the butyl rubber for the preparation of tire inner tube, tubeless tires and gas-tight layer of sealing products.
