This paper presents the target-based software process evaluation model (TSPEM) with the decomposition and analysis of the orgnization goals and application of tipical technology of statistical prosess control (SPC). This paper also achieves assesment of each subprocess by analyzing the mappin relationship among orgnization goals, metric indicators and subprocesses. At the end of this paper, an example is provided as the application of this model.

In force reflection telepresence system there exits communication delay and instable feedback. To improve the accuracy of system, it is essential to set up a force reflection telepresence time delay dynamic model in elastic environment. This paper begins with the differential difference equation and analyses a relative simple case in one dimension force reflection telepresence system--suppose that the remote mechanical hand deals with only one elastic object in environment without displacement and that there is only elastic distortion. Furthermore, this paper also analyses the effect caused by model parameters and ascertains the time delay limit which make it possible to maintain the system operation. Now people use the search engine - Google, Yahoo, Baidu etc. to lookup Web information mainly, but these search engines involve so wide range, with whose intelligence degree is pool. They are very difficult to mine data further. So, Web text mining aims to resolve this problem. This paper discusses an algorithm of how to follow the appointed Web site or Web page according to the users request by using the technique of ASP (Active Serve Page), and research and realization how further obtains data of particular range in Internet by text extraction on Web mining. The method has more accuracy, better applicability and less manual interference. The information obtained are the majority of the documents in the field, it can be used to create knowledge database, and it can also be treated as a small scaled vertical search system.

this paper put forward a way of improving the software quality by setting up a software failure models library. It manges the failure models efficiently which is extracted from software system. This method is also convenient for the users to retrieve and help the software developers avoiding the potential design defects and errors on conscious. With the B/S construct, we realize the internet share of software failure models library and improve the library application efficiency.

In engineering practice, we need to measure electrical signals accuratly. This paper presents a new approach to realise the AC sampling integrated model efficiently. With AHDL language, the comples AC sampling design schemes both of the software and the hardware are described in the EPLD. Supplied with the A/D conveter, this model can be used as the special AC samling chip to simply the design of AC sampling circuits.
