Research on protecting distance between AM receiving stations and UHV AC TL

The active interference of ultra-high-voltage (UHV) AC transmission line (TL) to AM receiving station is measured in the UHV AC base of SGCC in China, the distance for active interference prevention is calculated. Based on the method of moment, the model of the whole TL is built using NEC simulation software. Therefore, the passive interference of UHV AC TL to AM receiving station is also computed. The relationship between passive interference and the protecting distance, the working frequency of the station, and the incident direction are proved respectively. General considering the active interference and passive interference, effective protecting distance between UHV AC TL and the AM receiving station is recommended in the end.

Equivalent disturbing current limit for HVDC project in new period

On the basis of summarizing bygone research results, standard and design specification related to the influence of HVDC lines on communication networks, systematically investigate the current technical level of immunity capability of communication networks and lines in China and present situation of related standards being executed and by means of theoretical calculation, probability analysis and simulation tests, the interference restriction level that the communication networks can withstand is proposed and the limit of DC equivalent disturbing current (EDC) suitable to immunity level of current communication networks is given.

The study on the radio interference from ±800kV Yun Guang UHVDC transmission line

The radio interference is one of the important electromagnetic environment parameters for UHV DC transmission line. This paper validates the radio interference calculating formula of DC transmission line recommended by CISPR though measured data from three 500 kV DC transmission lines that have been built in China. The radio interference from plusmn800 kV Yun Guang UHVDC transmission line with different types of conductors, height of conductors above the ground ,and different space between anode and cathode line is calculated using CISPRs formula. It is concluded that the radio interference level of plusmn800 kV Yun Guang UHVDC transmission line should be limited in 55~58 dB(muV/m), and the conductor section of line should be chosen 5times720 or more.
