this paper introduces the design and implementation of JPEG image compression based on the high speed DSP TMS320VC5416 available from Texas Instruments. Especially, the realization and optimization of DCT transform is discussed and the image Lena is compressed with different way. Experiments show that the reconstructed images have PSNR above 34dB . JPEG algorithm is a digital image compression algorithm with high compression ratio, little distortion characteristics, and has been identified as international standards. This standard has been widely used in digital cameras, surveillance systems, mobile phones, video phones, and many other aspects. It is important to research and realize a real-time image compress system Using JPEG. DSP is used in real-time processing and portable applications with special hardware structure. DSP with high processing speed and excellent operation performance is particularly adapted to image processing. This article introduces DSP-based implementation of JPEG[1].

Instant Message is currently the most popular way to communicate on the Internet, so various Instant Messaging software are continuously appearing; Service providers offer more and more communication service nowadays. Java programming language (Java 2 Standard Edition) is one of popular programming languages. With its features of cross-platform, security, multi-threaded capability, Socket Programming, data flow concepts and so on, Java has its own distinctive and functional advantages. Therefore, based on the research and analysis of LinuxQQ, with the Java language and J2EE, this paper designs an instant messenger—JICQ (Java for I seek you), and then analyzes its architecture, modules, as well as its key technologies. During the design and modeling process of instant messenger system, the UML and method of object-oriented analysis and design are used. Furthermore, the modeling tool of Rose is included. Based on the system j2se1.5, j2ee1.4, the Eclipse development tool in the development process, and refactoring development method, the system design is optimized. Due to these factors, the system is safe, efficient and practical in different operating system platforms.

With the rapid development of the Internet and information, communication technology, human society began to enter into the intelligence community with the digital and network platform. With the popularization of computer application in schools, enterprises and other institutions, the meetings of governments, enterprises and institutions has broken the traditional model that the meetings are held in the same place and at the same time, and network meetings is to be popularized with the increasingly fast paces. But regardless of the company or the university, there exists the problems of meeting management. Now the overwhelming majority of the conference management is still in a state of manual, inefficient and prone to error, not manageable, not rule out any untrue phenomenon. Therefore, the internal management, self-improvement of the meeting management can not be ignored. This paper aims to resolve this problem by designing a meeting management website. Conference Management website ASP can be used to design the conference management website, ASP (Active Server Pages) dynamic website is a technology which is introduced by Microsoft Company to replace CGI (Common Gateway Interface)-a common Gateway Interface. By combining the knowledge of ASP HTML language, ASP directives and ActiveX components and Access database, the paper uses the own Web server to create and run a dynamic interactive Website 。The paper aims to realize the work of meeting managing, application, auditing, controlling, minutes of meetings processing through the meeting management website.

This study found the development direction of SVM, the research content is the most crucial and fundamental nature in SVM, if achieve this paper targets, it will promote the further application of SVM, and have important theoretical value; In addition, this study are The basic work of nuclear analytical methods, the results can be directly applied to the field of recognition pattern based on nuclear analytical methods (such as Kernel Principal Component Analysis and Kernel Fisher method), so the research results of this paper has good generalized values.

This paper presents the way of how to reduce the torque and flux linkage ripples, and having better dynamic and static state performance. A new type of neural network resistance observer is developed, on basis of BP neural network, to measure the real time stator resistance of induction motor. Another improved method using fuzzy and adaptive principle can track the change of torque by regulating the duty ratio of the voltage space vector.

This paper focuses on the research of the de-noising of the passive sonar based on the Gabor. Based on the modeling and simulating of the underwater robot about ship radiated noise, this paper analyzes and compares the effect of de-noising of the passive sonar of ship radiated noise. It is shown that better de-noising effect are achieved by using the Gabor method. This method have a significant foreground in de-noising of passive sonar.

This article primarily analyzes the shortcoming in the current formula of plastic and rubber mold shaped dimensions in practical, and fully considered the influence of plastic and rubber contracting fluctuation ratio on the accuracy of the plastic and rubber dimensions. As the introduction of δX sources from mold designers’ estimating error on plastic and rubber contracting ratio or the uncertainty of contracting ratio fluctuation, know that the actual contracting ratio of plastic and rubber fluctuates around the average plastic and rubber contracting ratio. Therefore, the remained measure of repairing mold is the function of plastic and rubber products dimension error δS’ and δS, caused by plastic and rubber contracting ratio estimating error and contracting ratio fluctuation respectively. Based on the probability theory, a comparatively scientific method in calculating the remained measure of repairing mold is proposed. This method exceeds all other Calculating Methods increase design success rate use in Green Product Design.

The generalized inductive logic causal model that can synthetically process fuzzy indeterminacy and random indeterminacy was proposed in this paper. On this basis, the new logic indeterminacy causal inductive automatic reasoning mechanism based on fuzzy state description was put forward. At the end of this paper its application on the development of intelligent controller was discussed.

The definition of agile commerce is introduced, and the earlier emergence of e-commerce technology, such as EDI, web EDI, contents server, application Server, EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) are presented. The advantages of web service are discussed; moreover, based on the web service, the system of agile commerce based on web service is design. Finally, the running interface and core code are shown.
