The massive dust is produced in the casting process, need to control. This paper takes electric arc furnace dust collection way as an example, where is in Guangdong Shaoguan Foundry and Forging Group Co., Ltd., establishes the conflict matrix about selection of the dust collection way, uses the TRIZ theory to solve, and obtains the standard solution, the results should provide the reference for collection way design of the electric arc furnace dust. The structure of half airtight cover is optimized by used of CFD, and the curve type is suitable shape to collect the dust.

Through the discussion of the design studies of the injection system belongs to the device of bearing strengthening and polishing, a design of jet and recycling integrated system for the abrasive materials is proposed, during which the defect of traditional injection device is overcomed, the periodic duty of the strengthen strengthening and polishing material injection is achieved, and the bearing strengthening and polishing efficiency is greatly raised, the structural design and the calculation of essential parameter of the injection movement are also given .

The mirror current source, with the characteristics of small static resistance and dynamic resistance, has been widely used in the analog integrated circuits, commonly used as a bias circuit and active load [1]. Aiming to the problem of the output signal waveform saturation distortion, which caused by the drift effect when the temperature rises in the fixed bias circuit, this paper provides a circuit design of replacing the collector load resistance of by the mirror current source and carrying out simulation analysis by multisim10 software, compared with the theoretical calculation to verify the rationality of the design circuit.

Aiming to the problem of the traditional relay control system, such as high failure rate, low precision control, complex installation, slow system response, etc ,which caused by the extensive uses of intermediate relay, time relay, counter and other devices in the system, this paper provides a design of an automatic control system which integrates automatic positioning, automatic feeding, automatic cleaning equipment based on siemens S7-300 PLC instead of the traditional relay control system and carry out simulation analysis by PLCSIM software, compared with the material transport car model motion excellent to verify the rationality of the control system design.

An experiment is used to research the influence of injection stress towards the wear of steel ball in reinforced grinding processing under the setting condition. The field-emission electron microscope is used to obverse the samples surface morphology and the phonology equipment of surface morphology is used to measure the surface morphology of samples. The surface of the steel ball wear degree is analyzed by the surface morphology indirectly. Experimental research shows that in the condition of setting experiment, the injection pressure of reinforced grinding should not lager than 0.6MPa. If not, the obvious wear will appear in the surface of steel ball and the disadvantageous influence will happen, such as scratching the surface of workpiece under processing.

It presents a new structure of soil moisture probe which is designed for the solar automatic water-saving irrigation. DC two-probe method is used to measure resistivity of the new probe with different content of graphite under wet and dry conditions. The results show the resistance variation of the composite material with more than 25% graphite content is very small, its suitable for the production of two-pin probe; the conduction of composite material with less than 15% graphite content are greatly affected by the cement, its suited for the production of one-pin probe. The research results can be used as reference for choosing moisture probe according to different soil.

Soil moisture sensor probe is the basic and key part of the automated water-saving irrigation equipment. It can measure soil moisture accurately and in real-timely, while metal probes have a serious problem of corrosion and passivation as working in the soil which is a severe environment of the soil of high humidity and complex chemical compositions. Graphite gelling of different content of graphite composite material under both wet and dry conditions, the experimental study, by testing the experimental data of its resistivity contrast to identify the proportion of the composite material of graphite content suitable for the production of a new probe.

A novel technique using solar power to irrigation was proposed. In order to obtain better sensitivity, small dense probe, single strand copper probe, bifilar winding type probe and rectangular cross section type probe were designed. Through the experiments, the electrical resistance of four kinds of probe structure was determined. Test results show that conductivity of small dense probe is the worst, conductivity of single strand copper probe is better. Graphite content has great influence to probe resistance value, resistance and graphite content in the relationship is not linear.

This paper is to design the NC system for the strengthening and polishing machine. First, it designs the overall scheme of the system on the basis of taking all of the factors into account, and focuses on the injection system include its structure and working principle. Then, it combines with the main control flows in the mode of zero-return, manual and automation, and takes HUST H6C series CNC of Taiwan YITU Co., to deeply research the NC system for strengthening and polishing machine.

This paper first analyze effect upon the surface roughness on the bearing outer ring from the jet pressure in the strengthening and polishing process theoretically, and then verify the validation of the theory in experiments, finally, it is concluded that the jet pressure should be reduced and about 0.4MPa for better in the strengthening and polishing process, under the circumstance of meeting the roughness requirements and considering the various factors, so as to lay a foundation to further research the relation between the strengthening and polishing technology and the surface roughness on the bearing outer ring.
