This article of mine water as the research object, using different coagulants (PAC, FC, AC) and coagulation tests of the mine water, to determine the removal of turbidity and organic matter most good coagulant PAC. Determine the optimal dosage of 16 mg / l, the mine water effluent turbidity removal efficiency of more than 90%, chemical oxygen demand CODCr removal rate reached more than 60%.

Development of mining subsidence in the coal mining area is impacted by the geological occurrence conditions and mining design conditions. Therefore, taking the Yushenfu coal mining area in northern Shaanxi province as study area, the research analyzed the key geological and mining impact factors of the mining subsidence respectively with grey correlation analysis method and stepwise regression analysis method. The results show that the perturbation coefficient, synthetical protodyakonov coefficient of overburden rocks, width-depth ratio and the ratio of mining depth and height are selected as the key geological-mining factors impacting mining subsidence in YuShenFu coal mining area. It hopes that the research results can present the scientific guiding function for the prevention of mining subsidence in the future.

With the increasing use of plastic film and the growth over time, the film residues are increasing in the field, accumulate on cultivated horizon and the surface layer and affect the soil physicochemical property. The paper, by potting experiment, shows the correlations between quantities of soil microbial populations, soil water, soil porosity and organism quantity under different treatments. And it may lay the foundation for the study of film residues influencing the soil quality.

This study has adopted potted experiment to study systematically the effect on soil microbial quantities of the accumulation of five different plastic film: for 0 year ,for 5years ,for 10 years ,for 15 years ,and for 20 years , and has analyzed the change trends of soil microbial activity. Whose relationship with soil quality has also been explored through analysis of the situation on crop growth, so as to provide scientific basis for law of the accumulation of plastic film on soil microbial activity.

This paper analyzes the bioavailability of soil heavy metal with morphology, geochemical facies, activity coefficient, migration coefficient, metastasis coefficient of soil heavy metal in the Puyu village, Huayin city. The research results show that: firstly, physiochemical properties of soil (include moisture content, available P, available K, total N, soil texture and so on) are key influencing factors for heavy metal activity, and correlation between total content and various morphology content of heavy metal too; secondly, antagonism and synergism are discovered among various heavy metal; thirdly, the correlation between the total content of heavy metal and physiochemical properties of soil such as PH value, moisture content, available P, available K, total N, soil texture is significant.

In this paper, simulated experiments were performed in pots by using soil materials in different conditions of film remnant. Based on the research on soil microorganism quantity trends of soil enzyme activities were analyzed systematically: soil without film remnant, soil with film remnant for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years. By analyzing crop progress, the relationship with soil material was studied, in order to provide scientific basis for the variation laws between different conditions of film remnant and the activity of soil enzyme.

Immanent factors and change process in land degradation through soil degradation process is reflected, the main types of soil degradation are soil erosion and land desertification. This article take soil erosion as main degenerated form research land degradation intrinsic major effect factor. But soil erosions major indexes are soil anti-scouring, soil anti-scouring macroscopic representation is soil anti-shear strength. How in situ testing, the quantitative reflection soil degradations intrinsic factor is the soil degradation new problem. To solve this problem, the research and development has been able to reflect the soil degradation major effect factor the apparatus of mensurated soil anti-shear strength. This instrument has functions and so on man-machine interface, data storage, serial port communication, and uses the least square method analysis and digital filtering in order to the data analysis, the curve fitting. After and the traditional experiments result contrast, has confirmed instruments feasibility, the usability and the accuracy. Research on prevention of soil degradation in the main factors providing new ideas and concepts; can be a new index for monitoring soil degradation; and monitoring of soil degradation, provides a new technological means.

Evaluation of soil and water conservation benefits in region is concerned more and more by government and relevant experts. First, considering small watershed, this paper analyzes the soil and water conservation benefits deeply in this special area from different views which are ecological, economic and social benefits. Then, on this basis, it proposes comprehensive evaluation index system framework of soil and water conservation benefits and describes the specific indicators and their content included in the ecology, economy, and society subsystem. At last, it hope that this research results can present the scientific evidences for scientific, reasonable and accurate quantitative evaluation of regional soil and water conservation benefits especially small watershed in the future.

This paper made a comparative study of the distribution and quantity of bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi and different bacteria physiological group in different reclamation years and different soil layers with the soil in different reclamation years as experiment material, adopting flat-panel culture and microbial selecting culture medium and using accounting of gradient plat-panel coating. The results showed that: with the extension of reclamation years, microbial quantities are rising overall. The microbial quantities (bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi) in the cultivated land of 200 years were 4.94 times higher than those in the uncultivated land; the microbial quantities in the surface soil of 200 years were 2.16 times higher than those in the deeper soil. The soil microbial community structure of agricultural land has been changing with the extension of reclamation years and the quantitative relation of the three main microbes was: bacteria > actinomyces > funfi; As the uncultivated land become developed, the microbial diversity index and the quantities of physiological group reduced after increasing in the beginning, but the regularity for change of physiological group diversity index is not obvious.
